  • For a pan, two big logs should do the trick (preferably they should be roughly same size depending on elevation of slope and to ensure the pan balances properly....of course!) This way you don't even need the extra weight of carrying a grill, just balance the pan on top, a grill will make it easier but hey, you wont happen to have the luxuries of grills and pans if you are caught out in a real survival situation so more improvisation and logical thinking needs to come into play. Nice try though

  • dude THINK LOGICALLY al ur vids suck cuz some parts wil burn and then collapse

  • bad idea.....would be way easier to use just 3 sticks making a triangle..

  • Ive seen a couple of this kids video's and he's got the right idea as someone else has mentioned but in this case he would be better off using another method. 10/10 for persistence..!

  • hes got the right idea but it has to be bigger so it dosnt burn and collapse

  • where do you make the actual fire? If you put it ontop of it, it wouldn't really work. But if you put the fire underneath the structure, it'll burn down the structure! This is worse than the 4 stick fire!

  • i don't get it... it didn't even work!

  • lol. now LIGHT it

  • This would be a bit more unstable than the 4 stick system that you showed on an earlier vid. I usually do a firepit or a sort of a log on one side and a log on the other with a grill over the top between them.
