Koopa gets the same treatment many more times than the koopalings. The koopalings made SMB3 and MW so much fun. The boss fights required real strategy and preparation and were all unique. The variety was ruined in the DS title with only Bowser Jr and Bowser every world.

One thing that really disappointed me about New Super Mario Bros. DS, was how there were no koopalings in it except Bowser Jr. =(

Nintendo wasted a really good opportunity to bring the original 7 koopa kids back with the DS Mario...so I am thrilled that they finally decided to do it with this one. Hopefully they will start using them again more and more from here on out.
