Range-extender for electric cars

I'm more interested in getting my hands on the T-Zero in the vid than I am the generator. However, if the generator can be set up to work with any EV, it would be a good deal.

This setup solves two problems.

First question being, how to add mileage to a pure electric vehicle.

The second being, how can consumers afford the needed range extender? Answer being a leasable range extender or battery pack.

I think we will see this type of product in just a few years.

@thoughtchallenge yea but it adds 3 problems 1. extra weight 2. trailers limit your speed and 3. limited manuverability

i doubt having this generator in tow will preserve your mileage efficiency.

only issue i have is that technically your towing something which makes your max speed legally 55...

Buy a two-wheeled trailer and put a generator in it.
