I realize this video is old, and you do not play anymore, but just a heads up.. It seems like for the duration of the video you run and move around with the directional keys. Have you tried using the mouse to move around. It is alot more efficient and decreases the slow movement of your character for pvp

I just wanted to say that this was the video that inspired me to come back to WoW after leaving my Shaman back in Ulduar days.
