GSP is very humble and knows where his weak points are. If GSP can take down Thiago Alves and ground and pound him, he will EASILY be able to do the same to Dan Hardy.

Markham had a collapsed lung in the Hardy fight, really. Hardy's win over Davis was split decision, same as his win over Gono. In fact, even the most novice of MMA fans can agree the Gono fight could have been fairly awarded the win, it was that close. GSP hasn't lost a round since the Koscheck fight and, even then, he took a clear unanimous decision.
Hardy hasn't accomplished anything in MMA yet, except a couple notable wins over second-tier fighters, including Swick.

I have to say, this primetime show sucks. It makes the sport seem like a joke more than anything. And the narrator trying to be a sound-alike to the guy who does 24/7 on HBO sucks as well. The fight is exciting and all but the countdown show would have been more than enough to hype this fight up. This episode just makes it all seem lame and overdramatic.

Better than being taught by someone who isn't considered the best. GSP trains with the best, Hardy doesn't. Simple as that. Does that mean Hardy has no chance of winning? Of course not, but if he's going into this fight predetermined about fucking up GSP, he's fooling himself. GSP is constantly improving and constantly amazing people. What did Hardy do? He knocked out Rory Markham, who isn't a great fighter, and beat Marcus Davis, who he didn't even finish. That's a lame resume compared to GSP.

Markham had a collapsed lung in the Hardy fight, really. Hardy's win over Davis was split decision, same as his win over Gono. In fact, even the most novice of MMA fans can agree the Gono fight could have been fairly awarded the win, it was that close. GSP hasn't lost a round since the Koscheck fight and, even then, he took a clear unanimous decision.
Hardy hasn't accomplished anything in MMA yet, except a couple notable wins over second-tier fighters, including Swick.

I have to say, this primetime show sucks. It makes the sport seem like a joke more than anything. And the narrator trying to be a sound-alike to the guy who does 24/7 on HBO sucks as well. The fight is exciting and all but the countdown show would have been more than enough to hype this fight up. This episode just makes it all seem lame and overdramatic.

Fitch, Alves, KOS, Anthony Johnson, all these guys would give Hardy all he could handle, GSP is on a whole other level, Serra is the only fighter that will ever have gotten that lucky shot to land. If that shot of Serra had hit him on the jaw anywhere else in the face besides the back of the ear, the outcome would have been much different, GSP lost all of his equilibrium with that shot. This fight is done, no worries.
