as fun as shooting guns are, if you're going to kill an animal for food, what's better: a quick and painless death, or watching the animal suffer? i'm sure you aimed your best to quicken the death, but that sure as hell wasn't instant and must have been a minue of hell for the thing. kind of messed up :/

@ionlychoplog Learning to hunt is a lifelong endeavor that can only be learned through experience and I doubt your fear of taking a life to sustain another would allow you to even take to the field after game. So I suggest you do something better with your time and learn to read before jumping to conclusions and start with the description on this video and end with the U.S. Bill of Rights.

Just because their is a fence in the background doesnt mean they are not wild. They keep buffalo in large fences to keep poachers from getting to them, and to keep them from destroying crops. but they still let the them roam with out human interference. Its not like a deer hunt by no means but its still a hunt. Besides there is alot of meat on a buffalo for steaks and jerky. He took it for the right cause. Nice job.

this not hunting. if you like call it slaughtering,cause thats what we call it when you take livestock and kill it for whatever reason. hunting in my opinion is done on foot, when the hunter has stalked their prey, as their natural predator would do, so that both predator and prey have had equal opportunity. then shoot it with a gun, bow and arrow or throw your shoe at it for all i care. atleast you've earned the meat. pulling up in a truck shooting a buff with a fence behind it is not hunting.

I am a hunter. Don't label this a "Buffalo Hunt" on youtube. Don't "hunt" like this. You kind of missed the fence in the background. They're wild alright, yep, good call. If they were wild, they probably would not have been hanging around and they would have no fences keeping them in that little area. If you were on a real hunt and hunting actual wild Bison you would not shoot their head! Thats crazy. You would make a clean vital shot. If it's solely for food you had to buy that gun and truck?

@nowayjose71 That is no "little area". 50,000 acres to roam and they're still looking beyond, go figure. No natural predators so no reason to run, but certainly not tame by any means. Nothing wrong w/ a head shot. You shoot the vitals b/c it's a larger area than the head but at this range it was not difficult.
