I'm from Muros. I used to do the same when I was a boy, but we used to jump from the bow of the fishing boats at the back of the image, or from the top of the little lighthouses (nowadays it's impossible to go up there, there used to be a ladder). You have to try from the boats if you come back. It's higher than that part of the mole. What's more, that side of the mole is very dangerous, you can't imagine what you can find down there.
