Dr Neal l have been on the Obagi Nu-Derm since August l have seen a change in my skin texture and it's brightness but my dark spots are not going as fast as l have seen in this video and l have times when l break out badly in certain spots and its repetitive l have been advised to stick to the programme for 2 more months other people say they see the change l may be over analyzing my skin but anyway how do you compare your regime with the Obagi? have this thing called hyperpigmentation. Every time I get a bug bite (and I got ALOT this sumemr) the skin turns a dark shade. They are all over my legs and torso and very awful. Would any laser treatment you have be good for this?

you can ask your doctor for some bleaching cream but you'll have to find a way to prevent the bites or it will be tough to clear....

I have keratosis pilaris on the back of my arms which no longer flares up but has left dark brown/red spots. I've tried a wide range of topical rxs that's failed to clear up the spots even tried chemical peel to lighten the darken areas. what else can I do?

Wouldnt it be much better to treat acne from the inside out instead of from the outside in? Sure, topical treatments my dry up blemishes and make them dissappear for a little while but, it never gets down to the real ROOT of the problem.

Thats me...I eat spinach everyday and fruits and lettuce. At work, during lunch, people tell me i eat healthy. And i dont take it as a compliment because I know a lot of them eat bad food---fried, and they have good skin. Just feels so unfair. Also I'm extremely active, i run every two days and in between do minor workouts. sigh. I use aveeno care -even complexion

just out of curiousity, when the acne pigmentation finally goes away does it make your skin appear more youthful and glow like because i have bad acne pigmentation and my skin looks really dull and old and im only 17, so i was just wondering if the acne could have somthing to do with this.

i watched the Practice and Product Updates video, that told me nothing about what kind of products you are selling to get my skin clear. i only saw different options of what to want to do along with the price. i want to know specifically what your selling, for example, are you selling a face, scrubs, creams..what?

It is a whole line of original products that will be arranged in multiple kits for different degrees of acne. Dr. Neal will then be available online to help people use the products properly... The options in the office use the same products and have the added advantage of Dr. Neal looking at the patient's skin directly every week.....
