NICE looking building. chi-Town's skyline is so impressive! Trump is (or was) looking to build one massive skyscraper, mixed casino along the Philly waterfront. I think he bailed out of that, Ehh.
(Plans are moving along on the ACC Tower, a 1500+FT next to the new 970FT Comcast Center in the center of town. Just hope the early design of ACC is a concept...it looks like a NYC Freedowm Tower reject.
The 190 ft spire is on site and due to be erected this weekend. Almost done! Kudos to Adrian Smith and Trump for another Chicago icon.
While it doesn't have the skyline presence of Chicago's "big 3", this will be the second tallest building in Chicago and the tallest built in North America since the early 70s.
Pity about the Waterview and Chicago Spire, but Trump timed the market better and got this one in just under the wire. He will likely be selling units to displaced Waterview buyers.
