  • THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU!!!!!! YOU SAVED MY BUT IN EXAMS ^-^

  • is it just my computer or you cant hear anything to

  • Excellent video, Thank you.

  • what if its givin in a table?

  • @MrHidekiTojo then use the slope formula to find m from the points: m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

  • thanks alot

  • what if its a line with no given points

  • @fullofgold55 Without the points shown you have to find two points where the line is clearly crossing at integer values. They can be any two points at all, as long as you can tell for sure what the coordinates are for the points. The graph paper didn't show up well enough in the video to show this problem without the points already chosen.

  • thank you , i remember my math teacher last year always confused me cause he would mumble then speak in spanish and then i'd be like wth ? and my teacher last year gave us a wksht on finding a slope on a graph and she didnt even teach us how so thanks

  • i hate math! but thanks if u simpilfly would u get 2.5?

  • @truan007 The final, simplified answer is slope=7/5. You could write it as a mixed number, 1 2/5, or as a decimal, 1.4. But usually it's best to leave it in fraction form.

  • @robichaudd I LOVE YOU!!!!!

  • can you tell me what is a slope?

  • @jorge201021 The slope between two points is the vertical change from the first to the second point divided by the horizontal change from the first to the second point.

  • i get so mixed up with subtracting the negative and positive integers =.=

  • thank you for showing your vids in a very ilustrative way!!

  • its amazing how you can do the most complicated problems easy, but completely forget how to do the simple ones, thanks.

  • Do you need to simplify?

  • @magonlia2009 Yes, always simplify final answers.

  • @robichaudd whats a slope?

  • @jorge201021 The slope between two points on a straight line is the change in the y values of the two points divided by the change in the x values of the two points. In other words, slope is a measure of how quickly a line is increasing or decreasing.

  • this is MARVELLOUS!!!! THANK YOU SOOOOO VERY MUCH!!!!!!!

  • ahhhhh ur so awsome i finally got this stuff!!!!

  • Thank you, i needed to know the formula.

  • u rock

  • thank youuuuuuu i have mid terms tomorrow in algebra 1 and i understand everything....except SLOPE but I get it now y2-y1 and x2-x1 and y differnce divided by x difference THANK YOU!

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH 5/5!!!!!

  • THANK YOU!!!!!!

  • 5 starts you rock i wish i had you for my teacher last year!! my teacher failed everyone in class and got away with it now i have to repeat algebra but hopefully ill get out before the year ends, thx again you are a fantastic teacher!

  • Great Job!

  • gr8 tnx:d

  • WOW thank you very much, this help me with my finals for tomorrow. You teach better then my teacher lol!

  • thanks for posting this really helped me in mi exam, thanks.

  • what about without the points on there?

  • Without the points shown you have to find two points where the line is clearly crossing at integer values. They can be any two points at all, as long as you can tell for sure what the coordinates are for the points. • Thank you very much ;)
