I think her book is revolutionary, but i think she needs to work on her weight which is important part of Health Presentation. People want to see the teacher "walk their talk". She has gained weight and not looking fit. people are starting to talk and will turn people away from the subject. Does she have endocrine or metabolic issues? eating too much sweet fruit? i only found 1 short interview with her and she mentioned eating too many nuts and eating too late at night, i think there is more

Awesome! That was fun. Thank you so much for your encouragement and inspiration. After just a few months my body is rebuilding and becoming vibrant through green smoothies. We got a vitamix and our family of four is doing at least 1-2 each, everyday. Our neighbour just started too and her young husband has been fighting cancer. I gave her your book. God bless.
