additionally obscene phone calls can lead to criminal charges when the party has been told to back off and they persist as in the Mackris case, which was at that point a civil filing.

If ever there is a time to repudiate the GOP, it is now. I was excited when Bush won in 2000, when the Republicans took a clear majority of the Congress in 2002, and also in 2004 when Bush was reelected. I was sympathetic to their rhetoric about believing in small, Constitutional government, free markets, and liberty. It is glaringly obvious that the GOP represents not a single one of those principles, and those are the things they run campaigns and get elected on.

If O'Reilly really didn't want his reputation "impugned" he would have fought it all the way if he gave that much of a shit about his reputation. So if O'Reilly says anything and it is judged, those sites are suddenly, "smear sites" and it is humor taken out of context. you watch too much Fox Noise.
