Hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 got hot 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.
It only hurts while I sit or I am lie down.Do you think it is sciatica nerve??I really dont want to discontinue my workouts,but I dont know what should I do to solve this.Can you help me??Thank you:*
@TheNatali1988 It could be an irritation to the sciatic nerve - if that's the case you should go see your chiropractor right away before the excess weight from the pregnancy aggravates it more. Stretching, therapies, massage and exercising may give you some temporary relief, but they will not make the problem go away if there is pressure on the sciatic nerve. Only chiropractic can do that.
Heloo Dr.Cathy!!I have a problem,two months ago while I was stretching and doing the splits,I hurt the back of my leg,below my but,and since then I have had pain all over the back of the leg,it is not very big pain,but it hurt me mostly when I am sitting.It does not hurt while I am active.I have been reading about my problem on internet and I think that it is sciatica nerve.I went on physiotherapist,on massages,but the pain it is still there,and this days also hurts me in the back.
