  • Very underrated song. I love this song - don't remember them doing this live when I saw them on the Empire tour. Who cares - great song & vid - thanks!!

  • another fucking obsolete cell phone vid ...

  • @Reptile61 cell phones w/video in 1991?!?! dont think so!

  • @QnRyche perhaps it wasn't a cell phone - who cares? ah, you do! it all boils down to the fact that the vid has an unbearable quality and therefore it's obsolete.

  • Wow that was 20 years ago! Seen them 8 times, this was the best tour, production wise.

  • i remember DeGarmo saying that the original song Queensryche developed for "The Adventures of Ford Fairlane" soundtrack was rejected. "it was in the typical queensryche vein - morose", he said. they then came up w/ this relatively bubbly song.

  • I went to this show great production .

  • Was that Paris Hilton ? Man she`s the town bicycle

  • DeGarmo please take your pilots shirt off & write some new music!

  • LOVE this song!

  • That was my first tour seeing them. Talk about all kinds of bad-ass. Great quality! Thanks for putting it up.

  • Every time I read, see or hear something about Paris Hilton i think "Last Time in Paris was great" ;)

  • they sound great!!!!!!

  • today's youth doesnt grasp the lyrical or musical complexity of this group. Christ, they think eminem is the bomb. God I miss our youth

  • @scottw5150 hey now, i am 16 and dont listen to one thing new and everything old. i know how music is supposed to be played and this is it. fuck rap and new "rock bands"

  • @scottw5150 Because he is skilled, ignorant bastard.

  • Isn't this footage from a show later than '91?

  • Bad ASS!!!!!

  • always had to crank this when it came on - thanks to z-rock for turning me on to it

  • Yikes! Chris Degarmo come back!!! Forgot about this one. Fantastic!

  • Yikes! Chris Degarmo come back!!! Forgot about this one. Fantastic!

  • The BEST band of the time!

  • this used to be one of my favorite bands...they have gone down hill since Chris DeGarmo left. please come back Chris!!!

  • According to Geoff, he talks to Chris a lot and he (Chris) is happy being a pilot and doesn't have any plans to rejoin QR. He hates touring, and that's the primary reason.

But yeah, they sure miss his songwriting.

  • I saw the Empire tour in CT sometime around the summer of 1991 and Suicidal Tendenies opened.

  • @PostalPaul1974 I saw the same tour with the same opening band in the south! We met Bass player Eddie after the show. Got his autograph on program! SCORE!

  • Fucking Right Let's Dance

  • XOXO

  • the empire tour was one of the best tours ever.. operation midcrime in its entirety.. along with all the empire and older stuff.. awesome..

  • @Milic23 Empire is what I call a perfect album: not a bad track on it, no surprise that so much of it got airplay.

  • just gotta say... That was a great time to be alive.. hope the youth of today has something to look apon as this!

  • This is somewhat tragic. I think this was the end of an era, or sorts, in the music business. Around this time, 80's arena rock was being pushed aside for all that grunge crap coming from Seattle. And rock has never been the same, in my opinion.

  • Agreed. I think the early '90s marked the end of an era for most rock bands that got started in the '80s. When grunge came along, it wasn't just big-name arena rock bands that were being pushed aside, but arty, post-punk bands were being ignored also. What's sad is that grunge wasn't really a new sound, but an amalgamation of punk and hard rock, and the grunge bands all sounded the same. Nowadays, most people don't even listen to rock music. It's all about Lady Gaga and Beyonce now.

  • @rayjr62 "rock has never been the same" and that was a good thing! most bands by then had become stale, uncreative, and lame.

"crap"? i thought then, as i do now, that some of the best hard rock ive ever heard came from the grunge era. i will say only a very few bands were talented enough to produce timeless albums, but there were MANY more that had a few great songs, at least.

  • @jas22 Well said. This guy is an idiot who can't accept different styles of experimentation.

  • @rayjr62 Grunge crap? Fuck you, you fucking retarded bastard. "Grunge crap" saved music from countless glam metal bands. I have nothing against glam metal but there were just too many bands of the same genre.

  • @rayjr62 Faggot.

  • @rayjr62 It's coming back man... what's old is new again and don't you forget that!

  • @QnRyche Thats the same thing older people said about 1961, 1971, 1981, 2001 and will say about 2011, 2021...you get the idea.

  • @edwardthe666th heheh yea i know :P

  • 'Let's dance, ok?'

  • we didnt go in till ryche came on

  • 5*****

  • Great!!They have some awesome songs!!

  • I seen the EMPIRE Tour ,and the played all of MINDCRIME. Friggin AWESOME ! Queensryche eva. john

    Thank you!

  • AWESOME. The Ryche at their peak with Degarmo. I wish he'd rejoin them. I saw this back then. Great memories. Thank you for this.

  • DUDE I WAS AT THIS SHZOW....I was acutally in for the soundchech and they did 2 songs for my birthday when no one was their but their crew!

  • Great stuff. I still have the CD single that I found in an import shop way back when. One of my fave Queensryche songs.

Saw them on this tour too at Irvine Meadows in California. They are such a tight band. Thanks for posting this!

  • i was at this show. still have the shirt. about 15 rows back. warrior soul opened up

  • I remember Warrior Soul opening for them in Boston on this tour. They sucked gorilla nuts.

  • A friend of mine saw them on the Livecrime Tour in 91' I think.Warrior Soul opened and he said they sucked too.

  • I totally forgot about warrior soul opening for them, wow they sucked so bad, they got booed off the stage in phoenix

  • I've been trying to remember who opened for them (I saw them in Springfield IL 11/18/91) and yes, it was Warrior Soul and yes, I remember them sucking pretty bad... the only thing I remember from their set was the lead singer leading the crowd in a chant of "Fuck Bush" during one of their songs.

  • i was at that concert... yes warrior soul did suck really bad. i've seen the ryche 3 times. Tate in these later years can't quite get the range he used to.

  • I don't understand all these comments about Warrior Soul sucking? I saw Warrior Soul open up for Queensryche back in 91' in Bangor Maine and they kicked ass. Maybe they sucked for those shows? I just know they were great when I saw them.

  • Caught this tour back in the 90's in Miami. I love this song...thanks for posting
