hey man can you help me out and tell me how you wired the halos for your explorer? I have the same ones I just got them today, I can't figure how to make the halos light up, but as I was trying to do all of that, 2 bad things happened, HID fell and broke, and my parking lights/fog lights wont work anymore :(
@Slipknotyk06 yea the day time running lights and high beams are the same bulb and they are the ones closest to the grill i wired it up though so me lows and highs come on at the same time when the high beam switch is pushed forward because the highs werent that great
@B3YONDSKILL not that expensive if you get a job and install them yourself and stop sitting on the computer all day bitching at ppl who have stuff that you want.
You CAN fit HIDs in these...I have them. I also put LED bulbs in that strip thats above the projector. Its really easy to install them, and you can see so much better at night. I also put in LED blinkers. Check out my videos
they look good man. I got a 98' X eddie buarer and im thinkin about puttin some like these on mine. If you dont get something different this would look sick with a billet grill. but i understand if you get rid of it, i haul ppl around to so it becomes a hassle

really? no splicing.. awesome. I was just wondering cuz some places i looked says something about splicing the wires into the turn signal in order to get the special lights goin. I'll take your word for it tho.
And your positive that HID lights will not work with this assembly?
sick whip man.. what year is yours? i have a '97 ford explorer and i'm looking to get those identical lights. just waiting to order them. How was installation? and splicing needed?
@bl3100 true ya i got 800k hid bulbs with the clear headlight assembly and they are so bright i was happy with them but ur's look nicer i feel i woulda gone crome instead of the black but still feeling it
@zachbeck2022 i didn't like the chrome ones cause they had the orange parking lights above the headlight and i didn't like it. it still looked a little stock so i went black with the leds and it looks sick at night and i was going to murder out this car but iam selling it instead and buyin a newer suv
@bl3100 ya true i'm trying to get mine sold as well cause i wanna get a mazda 3 hatchback probably like an 01 to 05 cause they are just sick looking in black or blue and i've wanted one for a while now plus i went from driving a pontiac sunbird that had a 3.2 liter v6 that was a lowered sports car to this truck and granted its a v8 on mine had nothing on my pointiac and i miss having a car

@bl3100 o i hear ya i always am the town cab for my brother and his friends and shit lol but ya i wanted to go for a that black and red limited edition expediton but if i'm gonna go bigger i'd rather just get the new tahoe and i mean i already have a truck so i'd rather at that rate get the car and then get a new truck

What do the brites look like? Do they light up the inside (closest to the grill) lights?

@bl3100 - You could probably fix this with PIAA bulbs. They're even brighter than the Silverstar Ultras.

@tmal1310 the install was good no problems and i got my lights from saber something on ebay and i didnt need to splice mine it came all connected
