  • This does not follow on from part 2 ???

  • ....."Lord Byron Live Here" is one of the funniest. Not been uploaded unfortunately.

  • I wish that Tony Hancock would have lived longer; then he would have probably set his sights on the American market and become an international star. He's seems to be the British equivalent of Jack Benny.

  • @bhayes06 Check out a biography "When The Wind Changed", by Cliff Goodwin a fascinating insight. Hancock was a deeply flawed character (as so many comedians are) and sadly for me a huge fan, not a particularly nice guy a lot of the time, especially once the drinking started.

He was desperate to conquer America, but his style of humour was so quintessentially British it didn't travel across the pond. It was this perceived "failure" on his part that played a huge part in him committing suicide

  • Can't believe there isn't more Hancock on You Tube. I have a box set of dvd's - all the existing episodes. Shame I can't upload them.

  • Brilliant writers coincide with brilliant actors - great

  • There are bits missing between each part. Nice upload though.

  • Yeh the bit where Hancock economises on tobacco is missing. But great episode.

  • yeah its the bit where tony starts making his own cigarettes - '400 hundred for one and nine boy' line thats missing. pity but a great upload -thanks
