  • I'm in awe at bodybuilders and their size and the insane amount of dedication it takes to look like that. Unlike other haters who say steroids do all the work I know better. My only gripe about the pros is that they just look so unnatural and when not in competition shape look like fat asses. I'd rather be 100% natural and cut up all the time than weigh 300 lbs of muscle. It just looks so uncomfortable. Not to mention I respect my penis to much to fuck it up. haha

  • For all you steroid ranting fucks saying roids are doing all the work, I used to go to the gym with him (It shut down) He would be in there for 3-4 hours a day working harder than anyone of you lames flamming him. Just because you take steroids doesn't mean you are automatically guaranteed big in size, you still need dedication, hard work, and a proper diet..

  • @Xuzial I agree. But if I work out 3-4 hours a day, I would be over training and wouldn't gain size. Steroids cause your muscles to recover faster and fatigue less. That means more gains, but it takes more work. I had to tone down my workouts because I was mimicking the big guys in the gym, but not growing very much. Now I'm at a good pace but it will be a few years before I'm up to 230lbs. (my goal) The steroid haters are just frustrated Trey is that big at 21. Kinda makes me wanna juice too...

  • @Holcomb227 Not that he was necessarily lifting the whole time, he was on the stair master+Treadmill or doing cardio for the last hour and a half of his workouts. I lift for about an hour and a half sometimes 2 hours if I do two muscle groups, then I jump rope and do situps. It's only overworking if you are doing the same muscle. But in now way should you not be tired hitting the same group after an hour. That means you are doing something wrong.

  • @Xuzial I don't do any cardio, and yeah I know that's not good. I lift weights for about an hour and a half a day for 1 muscle group. Used to workout for 3+ hours on the same muscles. But I don't think that was any good for me, I just saw a few big(er) guys doing that, so I copied them.

    Agreed. Most people on juice don't spent that much time in the gym (3-4h lol) and natural guys need to work just as hard, if not harder to make sure they get results. I'm tired of people on roids trying to justify them by saying that they work so much harder. If you choose to work out like a retard because your routine and diet blow don't go around telling people lies. I'm in the gym 5 days a week ~1 1/2h top with cardio and bust my ass

  • @avittix lets not stereotype here, not all guys on steroids say that or not all do train hard, but some yes some like NPC level they do train harder than most natural guys, and yes you are right ronnie, jay, etc wont be that big with out the help of anabolics but give the same amount of juice to an average joe and wont even be close to what those guys have accomplished.

  • @Inflameguitar You doubt wrong, 1, he goes there with a partner, and 2 he'll lift roughly two hours and then do cardio for another 2 hours. Your average joe may lift for an hour to an hour and a half, and just leave. He actually stays there and does everything day in day out. It takes me maybe an hour and a half to take care of 2 muscle groups, half hour for abs, and half hour for cardio. There u go, 2 1/2 hours and I'm not even a bodybuilder. I'm in great shape. Maybe your scrawny ass does 1hr.

  • @Inflameguitar When you have a partner and you are taking turns, 4 hours or even 3 and a half hours inside a gym is not farfetched. The guy was in there all day. I'll come in at 2, ask him what time he'd get in, he'd say they were in since 12, and leave the same time as me 2 hours later. Is your math bad or something? Do you know how fast 2 hours in the gym goes by? Why do you even waste your time going to the gym for an hour? What do you even gain? The pump that lasts an hour?

  • @Inflameguitar I never said he was lifting weights the entire session, I said he's in the gym. IE Inside the building training 3-4 hours a day (That includes, lifting, cardio...hell even socializing, either way he's in there). Apparently all you do is one muscle group and leave, no cardio, no abs. Nothing. I've seen females stay in the gym longer than you.

  • @Xuzial Im sure your one of those losers who thinks the more time you spend in the gym the more you grow, I train at fitnessdynamics, Dennis James goes to it, he goes there from 12 to 1 pm, ask any pro and they will tell you that 45-90 mins is the time that you gotta be in the gym, bodybuilders have to eat every 2-3 hrs max,Flex wheeler, levrone, ruhl,wolf,jay,ronnie they are all in the gym for no more than 90 mins, they might come back later that day for cardio or to work out another muscle.

  • @Inflameguitar actually, I'm one of those guys that likes to hit 2 muscle groups a week, and abs everyday along with Cardio so I'm always in the gym at working out 2 muscle groups, one muscle a day is not gonna cut it..even with superfly sets, I'm still in there for at least 2 hours since I dont' base my workouts with quantity, I go by quality and leave once my body can't take no more. If you are in there one hour a day, u don't do cardio, and u don't do enough ab work outs. Period.

As far as I know, Trey eats a lot during the off season and is seen in the gym 3-4 hours a day months before an event. A: I never said I was a bodybuilder B: My first comment is what I've seen Trey Brewer doing on a daily basis. And that includes an intense workout session with a couple hours of cardio, you don't go there, so how are u gonna tell me what I've seen? Exactly

  • @Inflameguitar Secondly, the names you've mentioned are all on roids. Every single bodybuilder is. I do my fitness the natural way and that extra time I spend in the gym pays off. I do a lot of calisthenics and that requires me to be in there for more than just an hour. Maybe if I hop on the roid bus, neglect cardio and focus more on looks than being healthy, then I'd see your point. Either way, trey was in the gym 3-4 hours a day and maybe 2 1/2 on other days. An hour in the gym isn't shit.

    Cardio only from time to time, if your workout REALLY hard and intense cardio afterwards makes no sense. Only if your you are in a diet before a competition maybe.

    I train for 12 years now (natural) and since last year I grew about 3kg lean muscle mass which is enourmous for myself. 1,92m 272lbs atm

But do get me wrong, I don't mind or care what they take. It's when they use and then give credit to their sponsers products which misleads kids who don't know any better, that I have a problem.

Then he would be on the bike, stairmaster or a random cardio machine for another 2 hours...Even my ass can train my muscles for 2 hours and do at least an hour cardio. I do 2 different muscle groups and abs everyday then cardio to top it off..but not as long as him. What's so hard to believe? I don't take anything but protein, I'm not a bodybuilder, but I am in excellent shape.
