  • HOly cow, Your training is going great. Awesome job my ninja.

  • abit old but if you dont know. with front handsprings there are 2 things that are importand for a successful handspring. It is important to let your head go back and that helps make you go into the backbend motion that you need for it. but the huge one is the kickup of your last leg, it gives you the momentum to follow through with the handspring. hope that helps.

  • this guy looks akward when he runs and does flips.

  • @kissrdbc Oh it was so much fun. We didn't do any parkour but meeting Mr. Hayes was awesome, and parkour like in energetic exercises during the seminar.

  • Hey ShinobiMystic

I like your videos and enjoy watching them and learning some new parkour stuff. I recently started training in parkour and was wondering if you had any tips for me and any suggestions for ways and places to train.

    Thanks, Matt

  • @sk8rjoecool Hey matt, I would suggest finding a group of parkour practioners in your area, and go with them. It is so important to train safely and with other people and friends. I am part of new england parkour and have an account there. Maybe you have some thing like that in your area.

  • looks like a good bit of fun there chaps!

  • look Bro, i know parkour is not ninja, i know its invented by the french,... a kind of freestyle running with skills, but following through your training these past months you've improved alot... and i know your landing after each jump is no pure parkour ...its ninjutsu...

    peace...

  • hey man

can i learn that 2 cuzz i see those other man doing it

is it like a kinda freerun gym there?

cuzz i wanna learn it bad

but i dunno where to start?

    can u help me?

    ByeBye nice vid

  • @0mGitsRoWan yeah it is fun, well you have to take it in steps. Yes that is a gymnastics studio, i found on New England Parkour website. Can you do flips into water?

  • @ShinobiMystic yea i can do flips in water ^^

but i cant on land D:

    i dunno where to start

  • @0mGitsRoWan well just slowly work on your flipping motion, and pay attention to what hits the water first. Just take it slow, doing it on land is way harder and the mental barrier thingy. Just start with flipping into water, then a mattress on land off something sturdy. I dunno, just build it slowly. Be smart and safe though.

  • @ShinobiMystic

ah thx man i will try and work on it and i will

    work safe :P

i do wing chun kung fu u know that? its fun but that

    doenst matter now
