@tjmj101 1/4 tour is little bit over 500miles, the pros cover that ground in around 1week. im not a pro, but i am someone who has been in trainng for the last 2 years, aspiring to be pro. atm my routine is 400+ weekly miles, usually 175-200 of them is from a 1day ride, that i do every sunday on some hilly highways. based on this guys build, i can safely agree that he could definitely not do 1/4 the tour, and especially not in a weeks time. he probably couldn't do 200miles in a week, imho.
