Beckham was not, and still is not shit...I still remember him playing against Chelsea in 1995 when united won 5-3, he was excellent and was all through the late 90's. Not sure how you can say he was a shit midfielder, if you think that remember he started in the middle for CL final in 1999 and played damn well. As for now, who would you rather start ahead of him?
