after 2005 the shows got boring...the only thing good about 2006 is when Gisele Thru shade at Jusitin..... these gurls cant carry the show without the Legends* Naomi, Tyra, Gisele.....* get into 2002 when every gurl on the runway stomped the runway with a score to seattle...

Also this years Angels did not include Marisa Miller, just because she was in the BRA COMMERCIAL WITH HEIDI and she was on the cover of SPORTS ILLUSTRATED & THE VS Swimsuit issue did not make her an exclusive member of the VSFS Angel group! She is however part of the exclusive VS contract model group, she only models for them besides SI. Just being honest, as a Supermodel who has been on the VSFS runway, and I am still in hi demand at fashionweek, just like AnL, JS, JW, EW, CT, DK, CK, KK & HK!

But go back please and watch Tyra's VSFS walks in the 96, 98, 99, 2000 and 2001 shows..she worked the VSFS runway like the high fashion model she was back in the late 80's and early 90's. I think toward the end of her career in 2005 and as she stated her weight began fluctuating she became more insecure about her curves and she lost that sex appeal, the seductive-alluring-captivating light she had on the runway. She always had presence but if u see the 2005 show, she was lackluster at best.

BTW all of you saying that you hated the shows since 2005, how this season the girls did to many finger pointing come hither's, wink's, blowing kisses - which is a VSFS & Angel signature - and how some of the girls should not be Angels, & that you miss Tyra, let me clarify. All that stuff u said you hate in this years show, Tyra did in EVERY SHOW SHE WAS IN FOR VS SINCE 96. She started the finger pointing and over the top dramatic walks...sometimes in a train, fur coat n wings u need energy.

The runway production team for the VSFS backstage tells the girls to give it some, bring energy! As a model at alot of casting for runway shows especially during fashion weeks in NYC, LONDON, MILAN & PARIS you are not told to bring energy r a personality. You just get casted, get fitted, do yr rehearsals & walk the runway except for the shows during PARIS Haute Couture & Ready To Wear. JESSICA WHITE ROCKED THAT CATWALK, SO DID IZABEL AND SELITA. Some r natural and other i.e Tyra had to fake it.

i like all the vs shows up to 2005. i think the show has lost some of its class since its moved to hollywood. all the models flap their arms like windmills and keep pointing. and they all act like a bunch of sex dolls. whereas the shows up to 2005 had a classier sex appeal and it was an actual fashion show..not a sexed-up hollywood trash concert.

I gree up to a point. Since 2005 the shows has not been the same. I mean they keep adding Angels each year. There is nothing wrong with just staying with some Angels who deserve it, Like Allesandra, Adrianna, Izabel, and Heide, and Selita (cause u got to have a black girl in there, no offense), but you are right glengirld, ther not much modeling due to all the pointing and stuff, they just just walk and let their personality shine, and well their bodies speak for themselves.

Lighten up. Their music is suppose to be deep, it was aimed at 7-12 year olds when it came out. Their show on VS is for publicity.
