  • beautifully explains his own personal story ..... watch from 15:20 onward.... agreed 100% most HR professionals spend time in their own function that they really do not understand the language of business that it is in ..... i like the idea of HR professional being send in for finance, marketing projects .... at least by that they would learn something about the business ...
