If they want to reduce emissions the government has to LEAD THE WAY in building cleaner power stations whether tidal, nuclear or otherwise...not simply whack another tax on the population...there are too mnay taxes in this country as it is...the government must "drive the change" with infrastructure policies either solely funded or in joint with the private sector....only then will further private sector investment occur.
