yes, it is true that us troops have failed in keeping peace in iraq so far. but you have to understand that this war isn't just about iraq vs america anymore. there are other muslim extremists fighting each other and many have also targetted civilians and police to spread terror also. in the video, this iraqi man said that over 90% of "resistance" are iraqis. but their terrorism activities are only making us troops to stay in iraq longer for america is there to fight terrorism.
