  • How frustrating! I blame her "nutritionist" for her lack of success. No wonder people end up giving up on their diets. Who wants to work their ass off to only lose 3lbs in a month. If it wasn't for being the featured Weight Loss Challenger, she would have quit. 3lbs in a month...what a joke.

  • what a milf

  • I am about to start posting my videos up I am doing 600 calories a day ... i have been doing for 3 days and lost 3 pounds and i feel just great ... lotz of water and exercise

  • I'm so happy for you!!

Keep on going! In the meantime, I'm going to work on my lower abs..

  • From the videos I have watched it looks like you have some personal trainers. Did they do any Metabolic testing. Metabolic Calorimetry is what is used to determine an individuals optimum fat burning zone. Heart rate and oxygen uptake help determine this.

  • stick with it!!! you're probably at some plateau. and yes it is counter intuitive to eat more to lose. GO GIRL!

  • While Im at it you keep saying you cant find time to eat? Clearly you found plenty of time to eat before otherwise you wouldnt be trying to lose weight now...

  • look my video up its funny..............muhahahahahah

  • I am curious why Diet Health Channel will not allow this video response to be posted. I found it actually first and noticed it was not posted when i went to watch the original. youtube dot com /watch?v=oOhaYNKPkQI

  • If I only ate 2000 calories a day I would literally die in 1 month. I would lose weight so fast if I only ate 3000 calories a day. I'm still fat though.

  • aww, im sorry Tonya.... that sux to gain 3 lbs when trying to lose weight. You just gained some muscle weight girly!!!

  • This may be a longshot, but a female weighing 180-190 pounds and getting only 15-16 hours a week in exercise, taking in 2000 calories a day is probably a little too much. Of course this is just my opinion, but I think you may be eating too many calories. But then I don't know all of your stats. Yes, 900 would be way too low for anyone. But 2000 is probably too high. But, again, I'd have to know your full stats - age, height, weight, and activity level.

  • You go girl!!

  • Oh well!!!

  • Where are your bottom teeth??? Maybe you got ketchup on them and and accidentally swallod your teeth!

  • i like a big girl as long as that pouch isnt hanging over her belt, because that is gross.

  • Calories are nonsense.. I lost over 100 lbs recently by ignoring the myth of "Calorie monitoring" a calorie is a measurement of heat to boil a gram of water. Stick to a high fiber/complex carb diet, low simple carbs, low sugar (stay away from corn syrup), cut out caffeine (stimulates appetite), lower sodium < 2500mg a day, high protein (keep the nutrients focussed on muscle upkeep not fat storage), work out like you have been! 1-3 hours exercise a day.

  • 1st of all you are building muscle which weighs more than fat, once it is built your nutrients will go to keeping up energy to the muscles as well as protein to support the lean muscle. It is normal to fluctuate.

  • i like it when people start eating well and start exercise and stuff.. gj

  • Don't get discouraged. You will round this corner. You are working so hard, keep it up. We're behind you!

  • I been calorie gain for 3 months. I was losing weight because of between exercise I saffer on my back. I feel slimmer I defiantly see slimmer now. Bing bongo ha ha. ha.

  • I wouldn't worry about gaining a few pounds if you've been exercising. Muscle weighs more than fat. I think a better thing to do is measure your waist.

  • those workouts look about as intense as when i take a crap. Sorry, but just being brutally honest here, you need to find a different trainer.

  • I was thinking the same thing! My philosophy has always been "Eat Clean to get Lean, Train tough, to get Buff" haha

  • You can definitely see a difference in your face! Im sure it is water weight and I understand your skepticism.

  • upi definitely need to eat more calories considering you are working out so much, i bet you anything that will solve the problem.

  • Why all these setbacks? Every week it seems. Oh well!

  • It's the truth.

  • A fair amount of views and not many comments. First I wish you luck. I think you need a little more positive thinking. There is too much doubt in your voice. I know you can lose weight. Do you? Think of the diet and exercise as a journey not as a destination. You need to change your mind first, then everything else will follow.

  • i dont know what to say bout your prob losing lbs...it can be hard to balance what you know about your own body with what you are being told by learned people....maybe just try to be patient and hang in there! dont tank your calories with all that working out; 16 hrs a week sure seems like plenty to me!

well, you LOOK better, and i am sure next weeks report will be more to your liking
