  • That was really nice. I turned up the volume and watched it a second time. :)

  • @ZordaanTelevisioN Thanks for viewing my friend, this Cmajor tuning is probably the easiest tuning to play in of them all.The guys comment below was spot on i checked our John Fahey and out style's are very similar. This was recorded an age ago hope to post better stuff soon in this key.

  • Good Job ZEDZOR2!!!

  • @JasonMurphy79 Thanks for commenting.Im working on a new version with slide on my resonator similar to Keni Lee's version.Take care.

  • Real nice playing and singing. It sounds especially pretty on that nylon guitar. Electricity was written by Jimmy Murphy. I learned it from a video by Roy BookBinder. Enjoy.

  • @KeniLeeBurgess Thx 4 taking the time Keni Lee.Yeh often when im sitting at night i will retune my classical and play slide tunes without slide or just improvise hymns, anthems etc (also got this idea from u) i find this is a good way to get familiar with arranging in different keys and the sound is a bit different.Your version is far superior, maybe 1 day i can play it like u sir. tc my friend

  • @ZEDZOR2 Yes, without a bottleneck on my finger, I find I that I create very different arrangements in open tuning too. The soft sound of a nylon guitar in the quiet of the night is also very inspirational. Keep it up. Enjoy.

  • you should check out Backwards Sam Firk - "True Blues and Gospel Of.." --he's an old friend of John Fahey -- who both played as a duet under the name the Missisisppi Swampers (also something to seek out)..

good stuff by the way, voice and playin are great -- def think you'd dig B. Sam Firk

  • that was freaking awesome. must have taken so much practice to develop this technique kudos mate.

  • @voskisoor Thanks bro, yeh i practice every day but its all worth it to know that people like urself appreciate wot i do.Ive had alot of help from other utubers in relation to tunings and technique and this has really helped. Thanks again.Zeddy.
