I found the arm & hammer litter at BJs works greeeaaaat with this. I clean it out once a month with two cats. The fresh step stuff jams the machine up in a few days..

i hope this is helpful, this system if overfilled makes a big mess pouring out excess litter ....also the other proplem is even with premium clumping litter after about a week or so of using the same litter you start seeing small clumps accumulate.these are to small for it to pick up and fall threw the conveyor. also this is caused by urine clumps rolling down the conveyor and breaking apart. as for the life. mine just broke after a year with one cat and not im thinking of going to hand scooping

i just got this for my kitten! makes everything a lot easier :) i turned it on and my kitten used it right away! its very quiet and when it rotates its very slow so if they are in it while its rotating they wont even notice

For a kitty box that only cause my $82 I love this box. I have two kittens that eat alot and the end result is the same. With how often they go I barely ever see any stool or smell it. As with any box you should change the litter and make sure it is clean. I didnt have to do a full change of the litter for a whole month. Super safe for courious kittens and I dont have to pick anything up. Easy to clean when the time come to do a full change. I highly recommend this box!

I don't like this design. Way too complicated. All those ridges, gaps and that convayor will probably collect sticky dirt and will make the machine very smelly over time and it looks like a real disaster to clean. I also don't like the ammount of space for the cat and the convayor in the way.

yeah i wonder the same thing too. well since dogs are smarter than cats and since you can learn them tricks you can even learn them to dance why can't you learn them to use the litter box or even better use them the bathroom?
