Hello. For Q17, it asks about odds and evens. What if the answer comes out to 0. Is zero considered even or odd?

on number 21 why was the 3 used to divide 6m and 9n? was the 3 extracted from the 2m=3n? or did you just grab the 3 out of thin air to make sense of the question?
3 was the largest number that would divide both 6 and 9 and it got me to 2m=3n in one step.
