I think karen Morrow does it all in chest voice but on the second syllable of "happy" it sounds like its placed different because of how the "ee" vowel bringing the resonance more forward then on the 'Ah" vowel.

ok, even though I love belting, what's the whole problem with head voice? There's something to be said for even being able to get into your headvoice mid-belt. it's not easy to get to it from a head voice, that's something to be applauded as well
