People have to realise this is the alpha version of the game, they most likely have not drafted in voice actors for their characters yet. But you need to hear the dialogue, so they probably got soem of the people working on the game just to fill in... for now. Voices are better than no voices, right?

Everyone is complaining about the voices, but I don't think they're realizing that the game is still in the process of creation. I am hoping they change things around and give Geralt his old voice and work on things a bit more, but for the overall look, it looks amazing. The animations for the cutscenes of people's movements isn't all that great, but it could be worse. If they get enough responses, it's possible that they'll release a patch to change stuff like they did with the first, too.

i loved the last version of the game!

but what i expect in new one is combination of rpg and quick slayer...

during fights in last game you just have to click mouse buttons on right times(that's all,and it was slow too)...so please try to make fights really more interesting(somewhat like street fighter game)..so that the game will be enjoyed both ways(story and gameplay) also about alchemy(gathering herbs was really addictive,i loved it) but at the end it little felt like,it wasn't enough,adios!

for those complaining about the voice-overs - these are only placeholders. They used members of their crew until the game gets a publisher. Don't worry, I'm sure they will bring the old Geralt back. As for the game, I have high expectations on this one, considering how much I loved the first. And the new engine kicks ass!

It definitely shows promise. Most of the cinematic clips they show are from the first one with the exception of the one right at the end. This game won't be out for quite some time, as they say on their website. We weren't even supposed to see this. I am happy with what I've seen though. And they also say the voice actors are only temporary ones and this will be changed for the final release.

They might still use him, in an interview they confirmed that non of the voice-actors you heard in this well be in the final game, the voices you heard aren't even from voice actors, and were just for the purpose of the video.
