It's not quite french. You'll need someone from Louisiana to write down the words correctly. There are words and parts of sentences you can understand if speaking french, but for the rest I thing you really need a native speaker :)

How totally amazing! What a talent he was. Such a sad ending. His plane crashed in my state of Texas after leaving Guntersville Alabama following a show by his band. Have been there many times, vising my mother-in-law who lived in Cullman. We have pictures of Canada geese in a lovely park in Guntersville, next to a beautiful lake, surrounded by pine-covered hills. Hank would be proud that his song was preformed so superbly by this unassuming, chrismatic young man. Beautiful. Naomi
