Yes i thought about it, though not to make a "take off video" as such ... this landing was made as a test for me, to see what's possible to do with the game, and more importantly, as a teaser for my guildmates, to get some help in order to start some bigger project where such a landing would become just a short movie sequence ...

nope it's not -only- a mod, but it's more about post production editing.

there's a mod on the last sequence where you see the ship landing.

The whole atmospheric reentry has been recorded with a space simulator called Orbiter. Then i merged the sequences together.
