I miss Marshall. This guy is always freaking hurt. uggh. Marshall was never hurt and was somethign special to watch once the ball was in his hands. sigh... he was a bonehead tho lol but a talented always healthy fight for every yard bonehead lol. We might as well not have had a 1st round pick last year let alone 2 cuz both saw the field limited time and Thomas will be hurt for half the season this year again. ugggh...good thing we have a great recieving core. Go Broncos 2011.
@Gami3it Brandon Marshall is a woman beater. Sure he was great on the feild, but he was always about me first and is complete scum off the feild. Now the Dolphins dont even want him. Ill go to battle with Brandon Lloyd any day over Marshall. When Bay Bay gets health, Tebow is going to have a sick arsonal of WR with Loyd and Bay Bay on the outside, Decker and Royal in the slot. (Look to see Decker explode this season now that he is fully healthy, think Ed McCaffrey type WR.)
@samiamryan alledged woman beater. I just said I would take Marshall over Bay Bay cuz the man is always hurt. Marshall was reliable on the field. He was clutch. I also said that we have a great recieving core. I have no doubts that Decker will breakout, Royal will return to rookie season form and Brandon Lloyd will be the wiley vet. Just talking Bay Bay here. His first 2 seasons are already looking none existent. And I haven't heard word that Dolphins don't want him anymore but who knows....

Garbage... 1. nothing in this video hints to him being like B. Marshall, go watch his highlights, he's the best big receiver with the ball in the open field.
2.What this vid doesnt show, he drops a lot of very ctachable, routine passes.
3. The fact that he led in YPC, means nothing, they had one of the best run games in cfb, which means when they did pass, they went big and they went big to their best receiver, do i need to explain any farther? hes good but not better then Dez Bryant
2. Not really. He's had a couple in his entire career. Yes they should be caught, but even the best recievers fuck up sometimes. Those very few drops are just replayed over and over (like the one vs U(sic)GA)
3. It means that he is an extremely productive, big play receiver.
The biggest knock on this guy was that he couldn't catch, and couldn't run routes because of his collegiate system. Now, people are saying, "He is also a very crisp route-runner at all route-depth levels", KC Joyner, Football Scientist. This kid is great!!!
wow i didn't know georgia tech threw the boy let alone have a WR go in the draft or have the balls to call out the best DB n the in Nnamdi Asomugha... crazy huh
love watching him run those screens, its become a huge part of denvers game, and love to see him stab the ball out of the air, confidance in his hands
I will miss Demaryius, but Stephen Hill is tall and can jump out of the building. Also, anyone who says Demaryius is overrated is plain stupid. Hes a fast and strong receiver and by his results he didnt need to run any other routes. He will be a top receiver in 2 years.
you know what i love our organization. to let go of marshall and then draft someone possibly just as dangerous. he's physical, perfect hight and fast. he's a 96 speed in madden. the kid is gonna make some noise. LETS GO BRONCOS!!
Demaryius Thomas has drawn comparisons to guys like Vincent Jackson and Brandon Marshall. I think with some work, he'll be a fine NFL player. What I'm more impressed with is all those great passes by Josh Nesbitt
wow all two faider fans talking trash on a top prospect bronco highlight reel seems like someones afraid. let me guess they r going to say "im not afraid" hey maybe this year u guys can get more than 5 wins
@jaycutlerdabear good luck with a crybaby as your "savior" with one of the most inaccurate arms and leads the league in interceptions at least he knew what team to throw to in denver, by the way he plays it shows he doesn't want to be on da bears then again who would.
almost all his highlights are either straight go routes where he uses his size to get to the ball which will help in the NFL but you cant just run the same route every play hes gunna need to learn alot more routes in the NFL that he hasnt seen in college and the rest of the highlights appear to be blown coverage by the secondary. it also helped that Georgia Tech was one of the best running teams in the nation last year which left alot of one on ones for him.
@raidr64 without using opinion here are some facts: Thomas had one of the best Yards Per Catch avg. and led the ACC in recieving yards. Those are facts and coaches can see those and either defend that player or not.
@raidr64 sounds like an worried Faiders fan to me, go out an get yourself another JaMarcus and Heyward-Bey, Faiders fans hav no right to talk shit about any team, have fun wit your 4-12 season. lol
@raidr64 Randy moss runs about 2 routes and mcdaniels runs that same offense from new england and bay bay was drafted to take that role so i dont see the problem
@raidr64 ya but he's not just going to rely on his same route in the NFL... he even admitted that he's going to work with the veterans on the broncos roster to help him with his routes... it's called dedication and being an athlete who wants to get better
@raidr64 he is good and im glad the broncos got him cause they are my team but GTs running game wasnt shit when they played Iowa. the hawkeye defense was phenomenal. If you couldnt tell i like the hawkeyes too. but yes you do make very solid points and GTs running game did open up a lot of options for him.
@raidr64 So was the case with Calvin "Megatron" Johnson, who also came out of the same GT offense. But look at him now, slowly developing into one of the most feared wideouts in the league. Megatron and Bey-Bey have the same build, are both fast, and can break tackles.
@LordOfTheTombs completely different offense actually. CJ was in a shotgun spread. DT played in a triple option offense. He's still incredible, I love him! And to add to his freak athleticism and great hands, he's an incredible blocker, thanks to our run based offense. Blocking is the most underrated aspect of a WR, but NFL coaches know how important that is. Bay Bay is a beast!
@raidr64 lmfao ur a bitchass raiders fan!!! lmfao of course youd say that shit. lol hey while your at it tell me how your last three first round picks have turned out for you!?!?! lmfao suck a dick raiders you know nothing.afc west last place, u and the chiefs can share it
i wanted the ravens to get him sooooo bad. when we traded down i was pissed but i ended bein happy as shit with out draft. DT gonna do good in denver, his yards after the catch skills are gonna be crucial for a short arm like kyle orton.
@RaidersClips Ya a cornerback who is already without a doubt in the hall of fame is trash. Are you joking me right now kid? All the raiders have Aso and I bet you he's going to get traded after the raiders realize a pro bowl CB won't get them out of being in the AFC cellar every year. It's funny how raiders fans talk trash when they annually pick in the top10. How about the raiders make the playoffs and end their pitiful streak of losing teams.
all his catches were mostly the defences fault like slipping or not looking back in time to make the swat down but he still had some really good catches.. cant wait to see who's gonna take AFC west.. CHARGERS BABY!!
he doesnt have the same character risk as Dez Bryant, however nobody thinks he is more talented than Dez. They both weigh about the same, and while Demaryius has might have better 40 speed, Dez has better field speed. Dez also has better hands, and in terms of run after the catch, Dez owns him in that category. Demaryius is also a poor run blocker for his size unlike Dez.
@hlev123 yeah dez is more talented, but.........McDaniels yeah.......I hope he's going in the right path. Cus i wanna see the broncos make the playoffs rather than those stupid chargers! funny thing is i live in CA. haha. Well best of luck for my broncos. Champ all the way.
@hlev123 really? i agree that Dez is better, but Bay Bay has got to be a better run blocker than Dez. Granted I haven't watched many GT games, though I'm betting you haven't either, IF you knew anything about the offense Paul Johnson runs over there you'd know that Demaryius' job is about 90% blocking, so I'd be willing to bet he is a good-great run blocker, and many scouts have said that about him. Your other pts are valid though, Dez is the better talent.
"Great competitor when the ball is in the air or in his hands. Does an excellent job of using his body to shield defenders and will fight hard for extra yards after the catch. However, it's alarming how poor of a run blocker he is for his size. His angles are atrocious at times and he looks lost far too often. Also needs to prove he's willing and tough enough to consistently work the middle of the field as an intermediate route runner."
prayin right now dudes not a bust....but from the looks of it he may be the next brandon marshall and if he is that will def. help coach McD keep his job
To me, he looks like a combination of a young Brandon Marshall and a young Andre Johnson. He catches like Johnson and sheds off tackles like Marshall. He isn't as strong as Marshall though, that's for sure. But I think he will be a good WR if he has a good QB throwing to him. Who knows, he might fit on Denver's Offense considering our dumbass coach let the best WR in the AFC go.
@fareit You're an idiot just because he played in the triple option doesn't mean he doesn't know how to catch or run routes. Dude is a complete WR and most certainly can catch.
@DaBeSToFIRaWnESS I'm not saying hes going to bust but wideouts are the number one position that do. Something you should known, its alright though. My team has wideouts and we don't trade are best players away and draft projects.
@fareit i agree withu he might look good now but he didn't play in a "real" NFL like offense. He might be great or he might not but odds are that he is going to be a bust.
@nkoenig123 by the wat the forty is ran without pads dumbass and last time i checked football is with pads so he going to be slower than that dip shit.
@catchfree84 don't get me wrong Cutler is talented, but his poor attitude and lack of leadership are gonna keep him from winning games. Tebow's tremendous work ethic, leadership. athleticism, and great character give him the potential to be a winner. Sure Mel Kiper thinks he is gonna be a bust at QB, but there's a reason Mel's just an analyst and not a coach. Tony Dungy (2x SB champ) said he'd take Tebow over every other QB in the draft. That's huge coming from his standard of Peyton Manning.
@KidCordova lol how can you bronco fans justify getting tebow in the first round..you could of saved your pics and got him in the 3rd for crying out loud...and this has nothing to do with cutler leave his name out of it...you sound bitter
@catchfree84 you're an idiot if you think Tebow would've been available in the 3rd round. If you watched anything on NFL Network you'd have found from their analysts that teams like the Vikings were hoping they could trade for an early 2nd to take Tebow. And other teams like the Pats and Bills were also hoping to get him early 2nd. Know your facts before you make ill advised comments. And why would I be bitter about losing Cutler, the QB who threw 26 INT's last year lol..?
@KidCordova so you guys trade the house on a rookie that is a project for the next 3 years or so...the ravens dick was rock hard to rob you chumps lmao
@catchfree84 lol whatever man. I'm not gonna waste more time arguing with you. Just like every draft pick, only time will tell if it was a good pick. For now neither of us is right.
@catchfree84 Tebow damn sure wouldn't have been around in the 3rd round. Bills, Jags, Vikings, and Pats all wanted him too. Picks-wise, Denver didn't do too bad. They came in with one 1st, two 2nds, and a 3rd. They left with two 1sts, one 2nd, and two 3rds.
@flips220 Right!!! I'm a big Denver Broncos fan. The so called experts say we gave up too much. All those were picks we got for moving back. Except for the 2nd rd pick. So really if you look at it. We just used the 2nd we already had. Remember everyone wanted us to take a WR at 11. Where we were originally at. lol
Even if he isn't as good as B-marsh it's still going to be a better scenario because he won't be taking all of the attention and the team will actually be able to focus on getting better rather than seeing B-Marsh be a little bitch about not wanting to be on the team. Now we can also spread out the ball more too because we aren't so one dimensional with our recievers anymore... hopefully
The Broncos caught a good one this time! Bay-Bay is gonna show the world how its done! I went to high school with this cat, and he has only gotten better since then! I can't wait to see what he is gonna do for the Broncos!
I swear denver is retarded.. How could you pass on Dez Bryant for Thomas??? Thats just dumb. Then to make things worse you pass on McCoy for Tebow?? Mcdaniels is Denvers worst enemy
I love this guy.

@spartan11333 WHY? Did he slug his mom at the draft? lol
dallas5sb 1 year ago
@spartan11333 Similar style of play and hes faster
webbie241 1 year ago
@spartan11333 He's not really like Marshall. Thomas is an actual deep threat, something Marshall never was. Pretty damn good after the catch too.
GnomeKitten 1 year ago
@spartan11333 the distraction or the star? lol
kwaku6293 1 year ago
all his catches were mostly the defences fault like slipping or not looking back in time to make the swat down but he still had some really good catches.. cant wait to see who's gonna take AFC west.. CHARGERS BABY!!
xXxKingBeastyxXx 1 year ago
@xXxKingBeastyxXx thats a result of a defender trying to keep up... you of all people should know, it happens with v-jack all of the time
tigerdasavage 1 year ago
I understand though that Denver is trying to rebuild with high character, and in terms of a character risk Demaryius is not as big of a risk there.
hlev123 1 year ago
he doesnt have the same character risk as Dez Bryant, however nobody thinks he is more talented than Dez. They both weigh about the same, and while Demaryius has might have better 40 speed, Dez has better field speed. Dez also has better hands, and in terms of run after the catch, Dez owns him in that category. Demaryius is also a poor run blocker for his size unlike Dez.
hlev123 1 year ago
@hlev123 yeah dez is more talented, but.........McDaniels yeah.......I hope he's going in the right path. Cus i wanna see the broncos make the playoffs rather than those stupid chargers! funny thing is i live in CA. haha. Well best of luck for my broncos. Champ all the way.
champ24bailey13 1 year ago
@hlev123 really? i agree that Dez is better, but Bay Bay has got to be a better run blocker than Dez. Granted I haven't watched many GT games, though I'm betting you haven't either, IF you knew anything about the offense Paul Johnson runs over there you'd know that Demaryius' job is about 90% blocking, so I'd be willing to bet he is a good-great run blocker, and many scouts have said that about him. Your other pts are valid though, Dez is the better talent.
changAlang24 1 year ago
@changAlang24
here is Scouts Inc. on Demaryius
"Great competitor when the ball is in the air or in his hands. Does an excellent job of using his body to shield defenders and will fight hard for extra yards after the catch. However, it's alarming how poor of a run blocker he is for his size. His angles are atrocious at times and he looks lost far too often. Also needs to prove he's willing and tough enough to consistently work the middle of the field as an intermediate route runner."
hlev123 1 year ago
prayin right now dudes not a bust....but from the looks of it he may be the next brandon marshall and if he is that will def. help coach McD keep his job

Hey Fareit!!!!

hope you get it in denver..an not a bust..good luck an your going to have good qbs throwing you the baLL..cali bronco
eAsTmodesToXMoBX209 1 year ago
To me, he looks like a combination of a young Brandon Marshall and a young Andre Johnson. He catches like Johnson and sheds off tackles like Marshall. He isn't as strong as Marshall though, that's for sure. But I think he will be a good WR if he has a good QB throwing to him. Who knows, he might fit on Denver's Offense considering our dumbass coach let the best WR in the AFC go.
sexybisquit 1 year ago
Is he fast?
amusableromeo 1 year ago
denver had a good draft this year. Tebow and Thomas are ganna be the great do-oh
CaptainByington 1 year ago
besides the fact he cant run routes or catch. Hes a physical beast who can shed tackles and pick up yards after the catch
fareit 1 year ago
@fareit You're an idiot just because he played in the triple option doesn't mean he doesn't know how to catch or run routes. Dude is a complete WR and most certainly can catch.
DaBeSToFIRaWnESS 1 year ago
@DaBeSToFIRaWnESS I'm not saying hes going to bust but wideouts are the number one position that do. Something you should known, its alright though. My team has wideouts and we don't trade are best players away and draft projects.
fareit 1 year ago
@fareit i agree withu he might look good now but he didn't play in a "real" NFL like offense. He might be great or he might not but odds are that he is going to be a bust.

OUR NEW BRANDON MARSHALL.

NO 1 DRAFT PICK FOR THE DENVER BRONCOS
Everydaypayday1 1 year ago
awful pick
catchfree84 1 year ago
@catchfree84 you're a dumbass.
KidCordova 1 year ago
@KidCordova dont worry...its not as bad as the tebow pick..now that truly was a awful pick
catchfree84 1 year ago
@catchfree84 lol you're just jealous cause the Bears didn't pick until the 3rd round. Have fun with cry-baby cutler
KidCordova 1 year ago
@catchfree84 don't get me wrong Cutler is talented, but his poor attitude and lack of leadership are gonna keep him from winning games. Tebow's tremendous work ethic, leadership. athleticism, and great character give him the potential to be a winner. Sure Mel Kiper thinks he is gonna be a bust at QB, but there's a reason Mel's just an analyst and not a coach. Tony Dungy (2x SB champ) said he'd take Tebow over every other QB in the draft. That's huge coming from his standard of Peyton Manning.
KidCordova 1 year ago
@KidCordova lol how can you bronco fans justify getting tebow in the first round..you could of saved your pics and got him in the 3rd for crying out loud...and this has nothing to do with cutler leave his name out of it...you sound bitter
catchfree84 1 year ago
@catchfree84 you're an idiot if you think Tebow would've been available in the 3rd round. If you watched anything on NFL Network you'd have found from their analysts that teams like the Vikings were hoping they could trade for an early 2nd to take Tebow. And other teams like the Pats and Bills were also hoping to get him early 2nd. Know your facts before you make ill advised comments. And why would I be bitter about losing Cutler, the QB who threw 26 INT's last year lol..?
KidCordova 1 year ago
@KidCordova so you guys trade the house on a rookie that is a project for the next 3 years or so...the ravens dick was rock hard to rob you chumps lmao
catchfree84 1 year ago
@catchfree84 lol whatever man. I'm not gonna waste more time arguing with you. Just like every draft pick, only time will tell if it was a good pick. For now neither of us is right.
KidCordova 1 year ago
@KidCordova im not arguing against the pick of tebow im arguing against how much the cost was
but hey in 3-5 years we can crown a winner of the argument...good luck with tebow
catchfree84 1 year ago
@catchfree84 Tebow damn sure wouldn't have been around in the 3rd round. Bills, Jags, Vikings, and Pats all wanted him too. Picks-wise, Denver didn't do too bad. They came in with one 1st, two 2nds, and a 3rd. They left with two 1sts, one 2nd, and two 3rds.
flips220 1 year ago
@flips220 Right!!! I'm a big Denver Broncos fan. The so called experts say we gave up too much. All those were picks we got for moving back. Except for the 2nd rd pick. So really if you look at it. We just used the 2nd we already had. Remember everyone wanted us to take a WR at 11. Where we were originally at. lol
uub91278 1 year ago
@KidCordova I don't know about you, but I'd much rather have Kiper's job than be a coach.
flips220 1 year ago
Even if he isn't as good as B-marsh it's still going to be a better scenario because he won't be taking all of the attention and the team will actually be able to focus on getting better rather than seeing B-Marsh be a little bitch about not wanting to be on the team. Now we can also spread out the ball more too because we aren't so one dimensional with our recievers anymore... hopefully
drcobb40 1 year ago
Ya denver got him and Tebow. Hopefully they will do great together
MrJamesC18 1 year ago
The Broncos caught a good one this time! Bay-Bay is gonna show the world how its done! I went to high school with this cat, and he has only gotten better since then! I can't wait to see what he is gonna do for the Broncos!
juanf257 1 year ago
Watching this I'm able to see a few things that will let this WR eventually make us forget about B-Marsh:
Ability to go and get the ball if it's not perfectly thrown.
Ability to break tackles.
Jump-ball.
Size.
Speed.
Character.
Brandon who??

badtad4 1 year ago
@badtad4 I think you're retarded. Thomas is a beast and will be a pro bowl player for Denver. Thank God you're not picking.
