thanks...Its not a head cam, its a sanyo xacti ca65 waterproof video camera mounted on a mini slik tripod which is zipped into my PFD... thats why the lens gives a less 'wide angle' than a head cam...

@richardwright651 The new gopro's give an awesome wideangle experience. Just got mine and it is so good down to its slightly fisheyed lens. and in response to @KKAYAKify if you make sure they are stuck down properly, you've not got a lot to worry about bar the occasional rock if your inspecting the bottom for a bit....
