ok so i actually work for a gutter company and if i must say you are doing everything so backwards. First off using a 6 inch level is 100% wrong. an average 4 ft level is the minimum when hanging gutter. second you dont need 4 people for a small job like that. where i work we could do 5 of those tiny jobs in one day with 2 man crews. third clean your truck!! you cant expect to get anything done with a terrible looking truck. so just a few things that i see are absolutly wrong...

OSAAA - Open Shop Apprenticeship Administrators' Association was formed by the Florida Department of Education has nothing to to do with gutter intalls so what's your point? dude first u dont have standers for the gutter 2 guy is holding the gutter 3rd u can t let gutter get scrached 4th if OSAAA seen him on room he loses his job and ur company gets a 5k FINE so grow up <am 21 and do it beter then all ya
Why would you not just get a 10 or 12 ft step ladder and do it off that? Why risk working off the edge of the roof, and not being able to perfectly see your pitch. Also why would you have to screw into the trusses if there is normal old wood fascia board? Seems kind of unnecessary. Another thing by using a circular downspout hole you are reducing your capacity of the square downspout, even if it's just a minute waste.
