You can rotate all 4 corners with only 8 moves F U R U' R' U R U' R' F, or R' U' R U' R' U R U' R' U2 R, depending on what sides the top face colors are on.

Or rotate all 3 corners with only 7 moves, R' U R' U' R' U2 R, or R U R' U R U2 R' depending on what sides the top face colors are on. I would be happy to explain it to anyone.
