Pull your feet together and try to touch your knees together at the same time. Hurts like a bitch if you've never worked on that kind of flexibility.

what are you people talking about? all wrestlers greco/freestyle do these exercises at least 2-3 times a week and he did not show the part where you flip over. We did these in wrestling when we were 14 years old up to my early 20s and my neck is just fine
