  • Got the Cintiq. Was wanting to get the arm but have a couple of questions. I noticed the video didn't show positioning, rotating etc. Is that relatively easy. When drawing with the weight of your arm pressing against-- is this stable? Because the video shows a light touch against the cintiq. About how high up can you extend the arm? Was wondering if it's possible for me to stand up and draw at times instead of at the seated position. Can you do another video showing these?

  • man friggen sweet! fuck you back pain!

  • FARAGO.com is from hungarian word Farago ? ;0)

  • beautifulllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i mean cintiq

  • I wish i had money to just throw at these products like this, but artists have to make due with what they have.

  • @colonforsecs

The Cintiq is a luxury. If you feel confortable to draw with pen and paper and then scan into photoshop, or hell, just using a regular tablet, then more power to you. But the Cintiq makes it so easy that it might even be worth to get a bank loan or something. It will make you work so much faster which means double the income.

  • @HDaviator go to Bongofish. Save a lot.

  • you can rotate the cintiq on the ergotron arm, the arm itself comes with a 360° rotating vesa mount

  • but now you cant rotate your cintiq

  • @bangzilla yea the ergotron rotates 360 degrees behind the monitor

  • I noticed you have the arm in the lowest position, but what if you prefer having the cintiq higher.. Say, at eye level? Im worried that the arm cannot support the weight of the cintiq in the upper position without wratcheting down the bolts so much that you cant really modify the position that much.. What are your thoughts? thanks so much.

  • looking for some sort of solution for future pinball...any ideas which monitor arm i should buy to get my 24 inch lcd to rotate 90 degrees...and the tilt it like that?

  • Just implemented this in my studio with a Cintiq 21UX. It works great. The Cintiq can be rotated up 90 degrees (P/L) in addition to moving up-down & front-back with the Ergotron mount. The Cintiq 12WX has a VESA mount(75mmx75mm) which fits the Ergotron arm. Thanks for the great idea!

  • I'm guessing you can't rotate the tablet on the fixed vesa mount as i didn't see a ball joint or similar, just a hinge mechanism to tilt.

If you could rotate it i would snap this up without hesitation at £111 uk price

  • i want it

  • Dose this allow you to rotate the tablet? Or is it just stuck in that position?

  • too bad it does not support the cintiq12wx model, unless you prove me wrong.

  • this is a great idea. thanks for sharing.

I'm really thinking about this mod. nice
