When this song came out I was in love with someone who was falling out of love with me. The song gave me hope that my love story would continue. When it didn't the song gave me comfort and later it gave me the strength to move on. Now it reminds me of a unique time in my life. thanks for posting...truly amazingly heart-rending lyrics

@lyonslaforet The problem in 2004 was that Kerry offered no clear alternative to Bush's foreign policy. About all that voters knew for certain was that he wasn't Bush, so they didn't have any of knowing if supporting him really was "voting for change." I voted for Nader because he was the only candidate who came right out and told the truth about the war. If Kerry had had the balls to do that, he probably would have won.
