  • Beautiful job, officers ! Love it !!

  • @mercy777ish Corruption at it's finest. Plice brutality is a very serious and punishable crime.

  • thats not great police work at all, that was disgusting.

and the fact that the suspect got out of the car and laid straight to the ground, there was no need for the police officers to engage like that.

  • from 1:10 tO 1:33 these cocksuckers are taking turns kneeing him... fag pig bitches.. FUCK POLICE

  • @nicklez456 I must have missed the beating.

  • @nicklez456 Facist pigs.

  • why don't they kill him and get over it because they will say they where affraid or somthing and theyshot him that seems fair wright? bitches!!!FUCK THE POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @spoiala199 Fucking filthy pigs

  • look at the a gang of weak bitches bring a fucking army for a guy who surrendered WEAK!!!!!

  • driving like that he endangered the lives of hundreds of innocent people, and thats before we go into the fact he was a fucking junkie. Got exactly what he deserved, great police work, we need american cops here in the UK.

  • @ch1mpanzeethat He was driving fast why? Oh yeah, because pigs were chasing him. Where's the spike strip? I am pretty sure ramming a car on a highway is more dangerous than traveling at faster than legal speeds.

And the police who committed this brutality should be arrested and stripped of their power. Filthy corrupted pig. Laws are made to punish for crimes. Physical violence on behalf of your own opinion is barbaric and to be frank, childish.

Please grow up, we don't need savages.

  • @macheteboy3590 how about we say to criminals "behave, or the police will fuck you up". Thats what i believe, and no one else's opinion means a thing to me.

  • i love cops, but this was stupid. You catch the bad guy. The bad guy "lays down" and u give the bad guy the victory by beating him? i just dont get it. If i were a cop in that situation i would have tackled that fat cop and said "hey WTF r u doing? your making this bad guy rich right now? stupid. i dont get it.

  • Fukn dog coppers"fuck tha police"

  • fuck the police

und dann wundern sie sich dat immer mehr leute auch die polizei angreifft...

  • That guy had it comin....Take him out back and hang him like we used to do

  • hihi...1 guy and sooooooooooo many police.

  • Police Brutality Definatly... He has laws to follow also.

  • DEATH TO CRIMINALS!!! BRING BACK THE CHAIR!!! America is too nice to our criminals that is why these fuckers don't take the system serious.

  • WHEN THE SHIT HITS THE FAN, WE WILL EVEN THE SCORE WITH ALL BRUTALITY-PRONE PIGS. DEATH TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER.

  • @olfartt1

Don't wait for the opportunity. Organize for the opportunity.

    Revenge isn't change.

  • all those police to count the hours and minutes to breathe

  • fucking cops fucking

  • When a man does something bad, he is ready to be subject to any force or brutality. He has a free decision, if he has not he's no human and has to be put to chains like dogs and wild animals.

So the police is absolutely perfectly correct.!

  • Ok, this guy was a dumbass for running, BUUUUUT, that is not an excuse to beat the sh!t out of him, cause he did something bad. Cops have no excuse for hypocracy.

  • you fucking idiots while your laughing an saying you dont care you will fucking care when it happens to you an no-one does a fucking thing about it get rid of all rule an money an regime thats the only way forward now start a revolution in your area!!!

  • QQ sad sad. Poor guy got punched a few times. HE DESERVED IT. Actually he deserved more. He endangered the public. I bet all you idiots that condemn the cops would feel otherwise if he ran into your Wife and kids SUV at 90 miles an hour killing them. A good kicking is exactly what he deserves....

  • @Collector2006 Yeah well there are others that deserved a good beating-like the ones in the RODNEY KING RIOT, but the cowardly police just evecuated the scene, leaving the victims to fend for themselves. It's all the same to me. We have been transgressed against and the GODDAMNED police did NOTHING for us so I don't GIVE A MOTHER FUCK FUCKING FUCK.

  • @Collector2006 but that's not up to a cop to say what he deserves or doesn't. it's their job to arrest. he was not resisting. so what if some of em are pissed off cause they have to chase him down. they are supposed to react according to the code. arrest. period. yeah it sucks but thats the job. there are alot of officers not mentally or emotionally fit to be a cop.

  • @newton3010 "they are supposed to react according to the code."

If someone put your life and the life of your close friends in jeopardy, would you be able to control yourself enough to just put him in cuffs? My guess is no, and I think 99% of people on earth would act the same way.

  • @KayBeeEee1983 which proves my point exactly they are not mentally stable enough to do the job, as you say 99% of people would violate the code. Maybe there sould be 99% less cops..or maybe the code is flawed. And for your information when i finally did catch they guy , yes I could arrest without violating the code..it dont matter what he does , IT's NOT THEIR JOB TO JUDGE, OR PUNISH !!..... I would know this..FUCK POLICE. If we dealt with the causes of crime we wouldnt have a need for police.!!

  • @newton3010 If you take the cops on a high speed car chase, you deserve to have your balls smashed. People should be scared of resisting arrest. No one gets punished for resisting arrest anymore. So where's the incentive to comply?

"If we dealt with the causes of crime we wouldnt have a need for police.!!"

We should sterilize all violent criminals and people who take cops on high speed chases.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

No, you shouldn't run from the police. If you do, they have the full right to pursue you and arrest you.

But police officers have no right whatsoever to be judge, jury and executioner.

It's bad enough that there exist depraved PIGS who seize upon and exercise more power than the incredible amount already afforded to them to get off or relieve stress.

What's even worse though are the people like you who pardon these actions because of a sheepish inbred authority complex

  • @TheFadedfool "What's even worse though are the people like you who pardon these actions"

The only time I pardon police brutality is when a suspect takes the cops on a high speed car chase.

Maybe cops wouldn't be so frustrated and pissed off all the time if they actually got paid a decent salary. A salary roughly equal to their value to society. Our society is going to shit because cops and teachers get paid shit.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

    A quick comparison-

The current annual entry-level salary for Police Officers in San Francisco is

    $82,602 - $110,526

In the same city, middle school teachers earned an annual median salary of

    $59,620

Annual median salary for preschool teachers

    $32,230

Further, while everyone else in society suffers austerity measures, Police Unions ensure no cuts to their already high benefits..in addition to their right to beat people.

If that isn't appreciation I don't know what is...

  • @TheFadedfool Are you serious? You posted the salaries from ONE CITY in the USA. And it's, arguably, the most liberal/progressive city in the country. You just engaged in some serious propaganda.

Regarding police unions, please tell me the "high benefits" you speak of, yet do not describe at all.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

Pardon? Propaganda? No. Just figures, with absolutely no spin to them.

Insofar as SF being a lib city, wouldn't that imply that the ratio of Officer Salary to Teacher Salary would be LOWER than the national average, not higher?

Both the teacher and police salary is above the national average in SF, but the discrepancy is similar nationwide.

    Police Benefits Include:

    20 paid vacation days

    4 floating holidays

13 paid sick days; several healthcare plans

    Retirement Eligible @ 50

  • @TheFadedfool The spin is the figures themselves. The salary of cops and teachers in San Francisco is totally meaningless. The only salaries that are relevant are the NATIONAL salaries. And what do the ratios matter?

  • @KayBeeEee1983

You're foolish. And foolishly ignoring what I STATED were only representative figures.

Are you just trying to desperately not lose? Do you not realize you're coming off ignorant?

The ratio is relevant because its representative of relative value.

Now for National Mean Average Wage-

    Cops: $55,180

    Preschool: $27,450

    Ratio: 2:1 (Similar to SF's 2.5:1 ratio)

It is obvious than that on a national scale, cops are still placed at twice the relative monetary importance as teachers

  • @TheFadedfool "foolishly ignoring what I STATED were only representative figures."

Why couldn't you post the figures for the whole country? Because you're full of shit.

The ratio of police salary to teacher salary is meaningless because I said BOTH were under appreciated. It doesn't matter that preschool teachers are appreciated less than cops.

"cops are still placed at twice the relative monetary importance as teachers"

You only gave the salary of PRESCHOOL teachers. This is propaganda.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

Listen you idiot. Why couldn't I post the salaries for the whole country? Here is what was in the prior post-

    NATIONAL Mean Average Wage-

    Cops: $55,180

    Preschool: $27,450

What do you think NATIONAL means? You thought that was the mean average wage for National City, CA??

No you fool. NATIONAL means WHOLE COUNTRY.

You just love to beg the question don't you?

I'm tired of your silliness, but even more disgusted by you IGNORANCE and BARBARISM in support of STERILIZATION.

  • @TheFadedfool "NATIONAL Mean Average Wage-

    Cops: $55,180

    Preschool: $27,450"

More fuzzy stats YET AGAIN. Averages are skewed by extremes. You can't use the average because there could be a relatively few number of cops who get paid huge amounts while the majority get paid nothing. You need to use the median so you can see that 50% make more and 50% make less.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

OH just shut it! You can question anything you assclown but it doesn't make you right or smart for fucks sake.

But you want the median huh? Is THAT what will make these stats FINALLY not fuzzy.

    Well here you go.

    National Median Annual Wage

    Police: $53,210

    Preschool: $24,540

If your struggles with RATIOS are persisting, the median proves to be slightly, albeit negligibly, skewed to display an even greater disparity.

Still fuzzy? Try not looking for what you want to find.

  • @TheFadedfool "If your struggles with RATIOS are persisting, the median proves to be slightly, albeit negligibly, skewed to display an even greater disparity."

Again, the ratio of salaries of cops to preschool teachers is irrelevant. I said they are both unappreciated.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

I'm not going to say that police are over appreciated.

But I will safely say that they are over appreciated relative to other professions which have a better opportunity of preventing crime, rather than responding to or fostering it.

If you feel that society is in a sad state, then it does matter that teachers are appreciated less than cops, because society got to this state with that set of priorities

Yet austerity measures are made on social services before police constantly

  • @KayBeeEee1983

Therefore, if you try to make it seem like society is going to hell in a hand basket because we appreciate neither cops NOR teachers enough, I think you'll find that RELATIVELY speaking (you know, with those ratios) we appreciate cops a LOT more than we do teachers.

And if a society which you think is already "going to shit" prioritizes police over educators, then take a moment and consider whether or not we might not have already over-emphasized the priority of police spending

  • @KayBeeEee1983

As you can see, I do not suffer from a lack of evidence, but rather my descriptive abilities are hindered by a 485 character limit.

Trust me, I can factually extrapolate on the matter all day, though its hardly worth it if you call facts and figures "propaganda".

I'd point out that you have NO basis for saying that the salaries of Police and Teachers reflect the same variety of under-appreciation.

It's clear which of the two jobs is less valued and we see the societal results

  • @TheFadedfool What do you need to describe? You only need to post numbers. You're just a fucking troll.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

A sad result of a lacking critical-thinking education can be seen in the advocacy of barbaric, regressive practices-

"We should sterilize all violent criminals & people who take cops on high speed chases"

Eugenics & forced sterilization is not only ineffectual at changing the causes of crime, but is a more systemic uglier variety of violence than any you may hope to erase.

Allowing also for the racial bias present in our justice system, your recommendation amounts to genocide

  • @TheFadedfool "Allowing also for the racial bias present in our justice system, your recommendation amounts to genocide"

You just said that virtually all blacks commit violent crime and/or take cops on high speed car chases. You're a racist troll.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

Boy, YOU sure can read whatever YOU want into things huh?

Did I say there existed a racial propensity to committing violent crimes and high speed chases? NO.

I said there exists a racial bias in the criminal justice SYSTEM-

e.g. Blacks are more likely to be arrested than whites on drug charges, and more likely to acquire convictions that lead to higher rates of incarceration. Data indicate that blacks represent about 33% of drug arrests, but 46% conviction for drug felonies.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

Last, for having an interest in Carl Sagan, I'm all the more disappointed

Mr. Sagan was marijuana smoker. Had he grown up in a different neighborhood, different time, or a different skin-tone, he might have confronted PIG brutality for this habit he advocated for.

If he tried to run to not be busted would you support his forced sterilization?

Mr. Sagan warned against anthropocentrism, and yet you think any among us has the right to improve the populations genetics?

    Sickening

  • @TheFadedfool "If he tried to run to not be busted would you support his forced sterilization?"

I didn't say people who run from cops should be sterilized. I said people who take cops on high speed car chases should be sterilized. You're an illiterate, racist troll.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

And here we are again with the ignorance, name calling and semantics. You love this game don't you?

I said he tried to run. I DID NOT say he tried to run ON FOOT.

But you clearly couldn't get that out of the question, so allow me to rephrase:

If Carl Sagan had had previous encounters with police brutality regarding his marijuana habit, and he chose to RUN AWAY IN A CAR from said cops to avoid another beating or conviction, would this justify his being forcibly sterilized?

  • @Collector2006

I can understand vigilantism coming from those affected by a crime. It is not excusable or justifiable, but understandable.

But with that said, should we come to expect vigilantism from our PEACE Officers?

Rather than considering that badge a warrant to allow for extra-judicial prosecution and punishment without due-process, we the public must demand that those wearing it be law-abiding pillars in our community, and not allow them otherwise inexcusable vigilante urges.

  • Thats for the judge to decide misterbracks not you

  • cant see what the problem is here......except they didnt give him a kick right up the bollocks.... whats up wiv you fuckin lot.....when five cop cars are chasin you, tellin you to stop,...you fuckin STOP. if you dont and want to be a dangerous cunt who could've taken out a car full of kids coz you're off your fuckin head on some shit, you deserve a fuckin good kickin. I'd ve put a gun in his fuckin gob and spread his pissed brains all over the road. cunt,....now, where's that roadkill clip.

  • @misterbracks

Stupid Brit. You export the language and can't even speak it half properly ya twat.

Now how about you go on and take your tyrannical self back across the pond and help clean up for the upcoming royal wedding or your future MONARCH.

Yup, for the next INBRED ass in line to profit off of your country-peoples hard earned and dwindling tax dollars. And why does that BUCKTOOTHED dummy get to do that?

Oh yea- Divine Right! GOD said he did!

Go sit on your regressive ideas twat.

  • @TheFadedfool "Now how about you go on and take your tyrannical self back across the pond and help clean up for the upcoming royal wedding or your future MONARCH.

Yup, for the next INBRED ass in line to profit off of your country-peoples hard earned and dwindling tax dollars. And why does that BUCKTOOTHED dummy get to do that?

Oh yea- Divine Right! GOD said he did!"

Divine Right hasn't existed in the British Monarchy since the 17th century, prick.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

    Pardon me. You are correct.

What I meant to say is that those bloody limey bastards are even dumber for having a CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCH.

It's one thing if God determines a whole country ought to be the bitch of a family of bucktoothed inbred fools.

But when the people themselves write these pompous mini tyrants into their lives then I guess they deserve to be profited off of.

But its OK, Divine Will or Not, I think a younger generation is gonna get em outta the palace soon.

  • @TheFadedfool "What I meant to say is that those bloody limey bastards are even dumber for having a CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCH."

You think having a constitutional monarch is dumber than having an absolute monarch who claims its his "divine right" to control everything and everyone?

  • @KayBeeEee1983

Yes, because there is no justification for a constitutional monarch.

I don't think there's any reason for an absolute monarch, but if you believe there's an omnipotent, omniscient being who decreed that one lil' man and his family forever to come should subjugate you, that's one thing. It may be unfounded to me, but at least its a justification to a scared believer.

But if you put yourself under the yolk of that subjugation then you're all the dumber it would seem.

  • cops=all the pussy kids in school that got picked on!

  • @mikekelso420 Criminals = You, people who failed at school and life! Yay.

  • @mikekelso420 people who hate police = all got arrested and now blaming the officers for their actions yup.

  • @ATouchOfMagic88

No, I don't hate police. But I do hate the role that they serve in our communities, which is to reinforce the status quo, and to protect property before the individual.

I DO hate the cowardly PIGS who abuse their power to fulfill their petty inferiority complexes. Even worse is the systemic justification for such dereliction of duty.

Further, it's the LAW-ABIDING citizen who should be most concerned about a PIG being judge and jury and coming to the wrong "street verdict".

  • fucken pigs

  • deserved it for endangering all those innocent lives wake up people

  • fuckin pigs

  • The guy gets on the ground but cops have to beat him. There is 4, 5 or 6 cops on him. Why are more cops get in to arrest him. They just want to get a shot at him. They are kids playing cowboys.

  • Typical, douchebag cops acting like the filthy fucking animals they are.

  • Cop witnesses crime, Cop persues and correctly apprehends offender.

Cop makes statement, and collects witnesses.

Court hears charges and takes into account evidence collected.

If the Police have carried out their roles correctly and everything is above board, the crim can safely be placed behind bars and not be able to appeal, because all the angles have been covered

Its a safe collar, everyone is happy, and justice has been done.

Your way will lead to lynchings..

  • Police may arrest people, they must do it with care when possible, they can use reasonable force if necessary, but these videos show straight out cowardly attacks on mostly handcuffed suspects.

The Police must never assume anyones guilt, their job is to simply and legally apprehend.

Any member of the public who supports behaviour like that in these video's, needs to understand, they may well find themselves in a similar situation because of something as simple as mistaken identity.

  • you fuck with the police.. they fuck with you... dont run.. dont resist... dont fight... 3 less charges on YOU... yea yea fuck the police and watnot but... if u run.. fuck u to no matter if ur white trash.. nigger... spics... because white people, black people, and mexicans dont run... dumb motherfuckers like this do

  • yeah he tried to grab his foot righttttttttt. the stupid pig drove his knee into the guys head and then punched the guy several times. thats assault and the pig should lose his job. the guy was only covering his head from the multiple blows driving his head into the road.

  • police in america is a bunch of gangsters

never going to usa again man

  • wtf the guy surrenderd

  • Hyped up cowardly Cops empowered by belonging to a group of people who behaved no better than thugs.

A suspect follows the rules to the letter of the law, and for his trouble, gets kicked and punched, then the dumb Cops wonder why people run and resist.

I for one would never stop for the psycho pigs.

Something has to be done about this behaviour or the PIGS will lose the control they need to have to enforce the law.

  • @swagonwheels "the Cops wonder why people run and resist." .... smart people dont run or resist... smart people do what theyre supposed to... smart people look at dumb people and understand why they get the beatings they do when police CATCH them.. not because they deserve it... its in some cops nature to fuck with you once youve fucked with them.. but if youre SMART... u dont resist... u dont fight back, or run... 3 LESS CHARGES ON U smart guy.. n when u run and get fucked up.. dont complain!

  • @MBryantFFNY Stop talking rubbish, look at the video. The perp gets out of the car, lays on the ground, has clearly given up, and is posing no threat to the cowardly scum empowed by their numbers and weaponry, but severly lacking in discipline. Unlike the perp, they fail to follow procedure and instantly start to kick, punch, and drop their weight upon what is now, clearly a victim of unecessary brutality. This behaviour is what causes people not to trust the Police, and is why they run.

  • @swagonwheels I'm sure he didnt run because of a routine traffic stop or driving with a broken tailligght.. UNLESS he had a body in the car... UNLESS hes a known drug dealer.. UNLESS he had done somethin illegal and felt that runnin was his only option.. NOT.. NEVER because he doesnt trust the police... what?? did he think he was gonna get a 700 dollar speeding ticket he didnt deserve? You're comments are very well thought through.. and obviously you must not know a THING about police procedure

  • @MBryantFFNY Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. We all have human rights. In these videos, we witness Police abusing their roles. They are merely law enforcement Officers, their role is not to be judge, jury and executioner, those are the duties of the courts. They all behaved unlawfully, and just like those they hunt, there are consequences when they break the law. They should now, hopefully, experience the same consequences they help to impose on others who behave like they have.

  • @swagonwheels Dont we all wish that about crooked cops? And who said they were judges... or "executioner"s ... of course they behaved unlawfully in this video it doesnt take a genius. This comment isnt needed either because youre stating the obvious.

  • @MBryantFFNY I'm stating how this video made me feel. I don't really need you commenting on every post I make. It's a free country and I have a right to have my say.

I get the feeling you're a cop, therefore you'd prefer to be able to shut me up being the control freak most cops are.

Sorry Officer, that's just not going to happen.

Like I keep saying, if you want nice comments, stop behaviour like that in the hundreds of videos, where all we can see is Police Brutality.

  • @swagonwheels One... im not a cop.. not even close.. now ur trying to be funny.. and what this is is not me being a control freak.. its me stating fact... and what ur comment shows is what i previously wrote.. everybody on this comments page writes about how the police are wrong... but think about it.. if the criminal killed someone of UR family (god forbid) .. would u care less about his well being.. hes going to a cage anyways for his life.. ur not thinking outside the box, only ur own box

  • @MBryantFFNY

The Police in these video's are WRONG, end of story.

If a member of my family were murdered, I'd want well trained, Professional Police to conduct a civil and legal investigation, I'd want any person of interest to have their civil and human rights preserved, and I would want that person to be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

I would not want out of control thugs, representing the Police Force, attacking anyone, or abusing any person, like the examples in these video's.

  • @swagonwheels I can agree w/ that... its about the only thing I agree w/ though (even though I kno u dont care but i dont either). But thats only because u didnt degrade the whole entire law enforcment in this comment.. yea theyr wrong but.. in this world.. not many people are on the criminals side.. and people like this deserve way more than a lil kicking.. maybe theyll die in jail though.. jus let our tax go to feeing him.. a good jail stabbing might do the trick tho.. but im not wishing death

  • @swagonwheels "If a member of my family were murdered, I'd want well trained, Professional Police to conduct a civil and legal investigation, I'd want any person of interest to have their civil and human rights preserved, and I would want that person to be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt."

Bullshit, you holier-than-thou piece of shit. If someone murdered a member of your family, you'd want him dead. You wouldn't care how it happened.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

    I would care.

Because if I felt vigilante justice was truly warranted for a murdered member of my family, then I would feel justified meting out that "extra-judicial justice".

It would be my score to settle. That wouldn't make it right, but it would be an INDIVIDUAL'S action.

This is entirely different than allowing for the SYSTEMIC use of extra-judicial force by those meant to protect the public and uphold the law. In doing that, you negate the role of the justice system.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

I'll ignore your childish and extremely ignorant outburst, and ask you if you want the same violence aimed at you, if you ever become a suspect, and yet, were completely innocent?

If a member of my family were murdered, I'd want to be sure the correct person was caught and punished, I would not want the first suspect beaten into a confession by unprofessional poilice.

If you have a problem with that, I don't know what more I can say.

  • @swagonwheels If it's obvious the person did it, like OJ Simpson, you'd want him punished.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

I think I've made it very clear that I'd want the correct person punished,

I have never said I don't want the correct person punished, What I have made more than clear, is that I want the rules abided by, so that there's not yet another wrongful conviction.

Far too many innocent people are in prison.

Recent DNA evidence found hundreds of innocent people on death row, and thousands of other wrongful convictions, which show's Police have been corrupt in their practices.

  • @KayBeeEee1983

It goes to show that, even if you believe our justice system is completely unbiased, it is still capable of making mistakes. And it makes those mistakes after, if it were unbiased, a much more rigorous attempt of proving guilt than any cop could in a split second on the street.

For that reason alone you shouldn't endorse police vigilantism

That said, there have been countless cases where cops have doctored, tampered with & created evidence

Neither that nor beatings are justice

  • @TheFadedfool I don't support police vigilantism. When someone goes on a high speed car chase, what excuse do they have? The pedal was stuck? Diabetic coma?

  • @KayBeeEee1983

You don't support it? You certainly are willing to make an excuse for it

Otherwise what difference does it make if this man was obviously guilty?

Let's say he was obviously guilty not just of running, but of killing 100 kitties and still had the blood on his hands as he was being kicked on the ground- does this make the kick any more justified?

The police are only responsible for APPREHENDING a criminal using the LEAST amount of force necessary. Anything more is VIGILANTISM

  • hold on a sec..that guy could have killed innocent people with the way he was driving so ya id say a few slaps around the head aint a bad thing once its not overly aggressive,,try the irish cops here, they dont carry guns so they have to go overboard with the batons,,now theres a hammering youd never forget and all for givin them back cheek lol

  • Who is in charge of employing such fuckwits as police officers? I guess it's one way of removing these people from the gene pool (not really just a joke). Wouldn't it be better to accommodate these type of people in a job role that doesn't require good decision making skills. I'm left vexed and concerned at the abilities of public servants.

  • ya know, i always wondered y when a suspect is on the ground(in surrender),the cops bunch up in a group surroundin the susp(as if it takes that many cops to cuff one prone susp);i come to the conclusion that its to cover their vicious beatin of the susp who is no longer resistin; cops like this give a bad name to the purpose of the badge...freakin bullies

  • I think Chris Rock said it best......If the cops gotta chase you down, their gonna bring a can of whoop ass with em

  • he shouldn't have ran, got what he deserved, they take your fucking rights away, thats how it is and its completely fair

  • they punched and kicked him because he was being a fucking retard and endangering other people's lives , this guy definitely wins a darwin award.

  • Fucking FAT PIGS!!!

  • @Grobertown so you dont like cops because they busted you and took your dope or your not man enough to be a cop

  • @magerskristi

    real man don't become cops.

They are just pathetic losers ,they must wear a uniform and a gun to make up for the small dicks they have

  • @totaalvoetbalfan true dap

  • is da suspect dronk r sumthin? i want 2 no y da officer kick him & punch him 4 if da suspect was on da floor be4 dey all cop out frm da car. sumtimes the officers thinks dat is kaii 4 de 2 put their hands on ppl.

  • LOL This was some funny stuff. The suspect got out and when face down with his hands out to his side. LOL Funny. The cops felt threatened. Had to beat his ass. Hey that was justified. Got him under control. After all he did what all law breakers do. He tried to get away. But, ya got me. I' m a pussy. I give up. No you don' t. Not without this ass whipping. Some cops are sad. 2 inch dicks.

  • if thats what they do back home infront of their own civilians image what they do at war.....

  • Beat his ass thats right u break the law u get broken just like the russian and uzbech and czech and slovak cops. Dont fuckin break the law and run away or u will get fucked dumbshit

  • FUCKING COPS !! THEIR LIKE RABID DOGS<

  • does it really take 24 law cars to chase one person ? really...thats toooooooo much

  • I've never been punched or kicked by a cop. I've also never done anything stupid that endangered people's lives.

Stupid people deserve this, they would receive much worst in many countries. I guarantee you that if you obey the law that this shit won't happen to you.

  • I would have kicked the fucker as well. Waaahhhhhh the cops beat me up!!

  • @matchu4444 if you kick someone than i arrest you how about that?

  • @kenyda20 Good luck with that bro. Wtf are you talking about stick to the subject.

  • Police brutality .cops are out of control. Please tell me these all these got fired on the spot and now clean toilets at taco bell,

  • look at the wanna b police coments..lol

  • He was right in making it an easy arrest... AFTER, of course, risking several people's lives on the interstate. I don't condone the 'eye for an eye' ethics, but I suppose others can't express their anger in other ways. I see why the officer did it; the reasons are understandable--just unethical.

  • I dont give a fuck man if your dumb enuogh to run from the police then you deserve to have your ass beat shit ill even help the pigs

  • police is shit

  • Dont break the law... ;) or get caught...

  • He gived up but the fucking officers still punch him! These fucking idiots

  • @Joisen12 good for them. pound that little bastard.

  • I see one cop hitting on the guys back, but then another one in blue shirt comes and holds his arm, so he can´t hit.

I also get pissed at the last of this vid, because one of the cops is holding the guys throat, when he anyway is unable to do anything!

  • Yeah, that one cop that stepped up to protect the man on the ground is a winner in my book. Glad someone was willing to do something.

  • The guy was already on the ground... ABSOLUTELY no need to be kicked and punched. And I fail to see how it takes that many cops to handcuff one guy who was already in submission.

  • @RO5SC0 This is howard county police for you. I've had my troubles with them. We have more cops in our county then baltimore. We have less then 3 murders a year, baltimore has well over 200 a year. I fail to see how we need so many cops. Notice there were about 40 police cars there. Really? They have nothing better to do. I've had cops invade my privacy in howard county, and say sorry, i was bored. How is that right? Howard County police are PIGS, no one here trusts them.

  • @RO5SC0 how much adrenaline is going through that guy

he is basicaly fighting good vs evil, battle that may result in your death, and then we, expect at the last second he should become mr jc himself, bullsh*t

if that guy whould have put my life in that much risk i would be getting charged with murder.

and i aint no black 21 no hope mofo

    im 22.....

    jk

im as white as white(scottish white)

    hate blame/claim culture

  • @ch3rubrock couldn't have said it better myself! thats damn right! But the thing is RO5SC0 doesn't know how to put themselves in someone else's shoes. He just opens his mouth and exposes his ignorance to the rest of the world. "He fails to see"..lets put you in that position and see if you can put him in cuffs big guy!

  • when you endanger the public by having the pplice chase you with a 3 ton bullet then you deserve to get your ass beat or even worse. I have no sympathy for idiots like this, because my opinion is criminals give up their rights as soon as they break the law. If anyone who posts here have had a loved one caught in the crossfire of a crime then i don't think you'll post any negative remarks about a dumbass criminal getting his ass beat.

  • @kmaze1204 Yes, somebody will post negative remarks and here they are:

You are an idiot. Don't even try to tell me that you've never broken a law because you have. According to your own stupid drivel you have no rights, so feel free to go get your face pounded. Other people, however, have enough common sense to understand that there are laws to deal with crime, but they do not allow police to just beat/shoot/maim a person because they are angry.

  • What is wrong with all you people? If a criminal put out dozens of lives in danger by speeding and passing by innocent civilians by high speed. He can kill several people. People have to learn, when you run from the cops you will have pain. End of story.

  • Cops enforce the law not administer the law..What they did was illegal. End of story.

  • @TankSombrero youre right. what they did was illegal. give them a $50 fine for not beating him hard enough. and what they hell is the point of grabbing the guy's throat if he can still breathe?

  • What is wrong with the cops in USA... They are all sick people...

  • @TheISSIZADAM yes they are brutal - we could use some of them here in australia - the crime rate in melbourne has sky rocketed

  • @emsta2003 No place on earth needs police like that.

  • @emsta2003

    You Fascist Queen's Reject.

Now how about you go back to your PENAL COLONY island and take all the brutal PIGS with you, since you seemingly need a tyrants presence in your daily life, since having a MONARCH rule over you from another continent isn't enough control for your sad self.

What more to expect from someone who's country has passively accepted the sovereignty of an INBRED lineage for centuries.

Me, I dont much like illegitimate power, unlike you sheepish arselickin twats.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheISSIZADAM No, they are not ALL sick people, way to generalize asshat.

  • @TheISSIZADAM It happens everywhere not just in the U.S. no matter what you say. It's a form of corruption. Not every cop in the USA does stuff like this.

  • @ReconMarine012 it is not happening in my country.not in NORWAY !!! come and visit Norway you will se what i mean.cops event dont carry any weapon here.

  • @TheISSIZADAM I would bet money that it's happened before. Just because you haven't heard about it doesn't mean it hasn't happened.

  • @TheISSIZADAM

maybe we should get rid of all cops and everyone buy a gun and fend for ourselves.

  • @TheISSIZADAM Yeah... cause obviously a guy from Norway would know a ton about American cops just from watching some YouTube videos. All the cops I've met including my neighbor just want to serve the public and don't do what these officers did in this video which I don't support.

  • @TheISSIZADAM They're already violent and brutal people. They join the force for all the wrong reasons. If they want to enforce law, they must set an example of abiding by it, otherwise they're nothing but hypocrites. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. They're no better than thugs with a uniform, as the video clearly shows.

  • @swagonwheels Wrong again.. theyre not already violent and brutal people... alot of cops do join the force for the right reason n depending on the type of state and city and the cops around them slowly give in to the oppurtunities of greed on the job. Dont judge EVERY SINGLE COP on this video.. do they EVER show videos of good cops doing good things? no... that is why (just like u) we have people who know nothing think they simple know everything when they spot a video of police doing their job

  • @MBryantFFNY It's the few who make it bad for the many, but it only takes one bad apple to spoil the lot.

All Police Forces on earth have corrupt and abusive scum within them.

Unfortunately there are far too many of these brutal cowards hiding behind a uniform. The harm they're doing to the image of all police Officers is evidenced in my comments.

Your enemy are officers like those in the videos, no point getting angry with me, if you don't do something about them, is there?

  • @swagonwheels Yes the harm is evidenced in your comments... and its also in basically every singles persons comment who give a negative response to what they see... So youre not saying that this is what makes cops look bad.. ur saying that theyre all pigs and such.. noone is getting angry with you but your comments are still .. u kno...

  • @MBryantFFNY When I see violent scum like those so called cops in the video, I see complete hypocrisy and the reason why so many people aren't willing to be handcuffed and made defensless.

With cowards like those filth representing the law, no wonder people no longer respect Police.

Whilst Police Officers don't like these videos, the fact is, they reflect reality, so if they don't want people seeing them in a bad light, I suggest they seriously address their behavioural problems

  • @swagonwheels and you dont think that criminals need to address their behavioral problems... ur missing the more important issue that if it wasnt what it is.. u wouldnt have to get arrested... its like ur basically saying that the criminals dont get what they deserve.. ur mindset must got for murders and child rapists and scammers too.. but maybe that just doesnt make sense to u... after all.. the criminals are the bad people in the world.. its the law enforcement...

  • @MBryantFFNY

You're not getting it are you?

Two wrongs do not make a right.

If Police step over boundaries, how are they any different to criminals?

Please stop trying to colour this situation with emotive justifications like Rapists etc, the fact is, there are such things as Police procedures and appropriate behaviour.

I for one do not want brutal, iresponsible, uncontrolled Police out there making their own laws, because I do not want to become the star of yet another abusive video.

  • @swagonwheels ..only things that wouldve prevented this is 1.... him doin what any smart citizen (or illegal citizen) would do.. and thats not do something that would cause u to be getting chased like this.. and 2.. if he got away.. good for him.. let him get kicked.. its wrong but is there a way u can argue? u MIGHT AS WELL be on the criminals side..n i kno wat ur doing by saying im coloring it.. but im not.. its tru... do u think that? criminals r SCUM on this earth. a lot die in jail anyways

  • @MBryantFFNY

Think about this, if people keep seeing PIGS beating defenceless suspects, (note the word suspects) no one is going to allow any person who appears like a Police Officer to handcuff them, because if they're unlucky enough to encounter a Pig, they'll be extremely fearful, and we all saw what fear can drive people to do on 9/11, as people jumped to an obvious death through the fear they felt.

You refuse to accept innocent until proven guilty.

All you're seeing here is the arrest.

  • @swagonwheels How are you gonna know a pig from a regular cop? .. if youre "fearful" than your stupid.. you might be nervous but the only reason is you'd be scared to go to jail and end up runnin... smart people once again understand that running and fighting back is the wrong thing to do.. only criminals run. And people jumping in 9/11 had nothing to do with police brutality.. they jumped because of the situation they were in.. either burn to death or jump.. unfortunately those were the options

  • @MBryantFFNY

In some of the videos small kids simply asked why they were being yelled at by another Pig who calles himself a Cop. It's a natural thing for anyone who knows they've done no wrong to do. The end result was a huge insane coward throwing what were obviously innocent kids to the ground, using way too much force, then handcuffing them, and reading out a rediculous list of petty charges, just because he felt the kids didn't have the right to know what he was doing.

    Not acceptable.

  • @swagonwheels some situations arent worth mentioning because some things are just wrong no matter what

  • @MBryantFFNY The fact is, we're commenting on the behaviour of Police acting worse than Criminals. We cannot tolerate Cops who behave like this, it's wrong, it's criminal, the cops in these video's are no better than the suspects they hunt.

  • @MBryantFFNY The people jumped because they were so afraid, they lost the ability to be rational, therefore it was fear which caused them to jump..

You're defending gutless cowards who appear in videos acting worse than criminals, WHY?

My instincts allow me to feel any kind of threat, no PIG is ever going to handcuff me if I haven't broken any laws.

You may be a weak compliant person, but I won't be shoved about by anyone. Why should I be?

We do not live in a Police State, end of story.

  • @swagonwheels When your innocent and you get pulled over you dont lose the ability to be rational.. 9/11 is a situation that is on a much larger scale, this video isnt about terrorism or extreme crimes.. maybe this guy stole a car IDK... but im not defending the cops... When you get arrested and you resist.. guess what.. another charge for you.. who's fault? yours.. end of story.. im tryina firgure out why youre taking this to such a high level.. terrorism..

  • @MBryantFFNY You have missed the point, go back and read but his time, open your mind.

No one disputes the resisting chanrge, but when a suspect is handcuffed, he's nicked, at that point he just needs to be placed carefully in the patrol car. The Police action is finished their job is done.

These low lives took advantage of a defenceless human being, That is the behaviour of cowards and criminals.

  • @swagonwheels ALSO... I understand a persons right of innocent until proven guilty even though a lot of times my personal opinon is different. But some situations cant even have that statement put on them.. for example, a cop witnessing a person beat an elderly woman.. yea they have that right but ... we all know what happened... Him killing someone on his dumbass flee wouldnt make a difference? Hes still innocent right until that last moment in the court... but thats ur thoughts not mine

  • @MBryantFFNY

We may not like our judicial procedures at times, but without them, we'd have vigilante Cops runnng amok.

These videos show what happens when someone decides theyre above the law. Behaviours like these can see dangerous felons walk because police stepped outsde the line. We must have Law and Order, this applies to Police as well.

Look, if Police follow correct procedures, the suspect will be apprehended, the evidence will be presented, and a judgement will be handed down.
