Yeah as an american i find this kinda silly... How expensive must real estate and water be, that whole set up is like two car lengths, rollers with multiple purposes water conservation. :p I mean my usual car was is like 40 feet long you drive through a rain storm of soap then armies of brushes just slap your car around then a rain storm of water. till the giant fan blows your car mostly dry.

Those brushes leave fine scratches on your paint. Touchless or hand car washes are better,imo.

I think you'll find those are the Belgian colours, which are very similar to the German, although the stripes are in a different order and go the other way.
