The only way to get incoming land line calls is to pay and get a DID number and have it forwarded to the Skype account. There is also an option for phone to phone, where skype rings both parties and hooks them with conferencing type technology. VoipStunt has free trial of 10 land phone calls, pc to phone; and they also have the phone to phone option.
