try to learn exhaling you can fuck up your voice bad if you inhale. i think you do it by doing a low grunt but with your vocal chords positioned for a high pitched scream havent quite got it down yet. if that is wrong please tell me

i scream several different ways.

i do a low death metal growl by screaming with the front of my throat. which is pretty low and harsh just by itself, then i make an "ooh" face which lowers it a bit more (but makes it hard to enunciate, just takes more practice), and then sometimes i cup my hands in front of my mouth to lower it further.

i can also scream high and harsh with the back of my throat

and i can do a falsetto scream.. which is only good for screamo...
