Dang, killer tone comes out off this thing, what kind of transformer does it have in it? It sounds like it has a Wizard Modern Classic feel to it. Sure sounds like one too. Great playing also, gave us an idea off all the things it could accomplish. Where did you get the amp? i've looked all over Ebay, and cant find one.

@Treetopper Hey Todd =) You don't have yours left I assume? I always loved your video with the 3100! This one was made for me back in -99, but has since spent 7 years in the hands of a friend, and I eventually got to buy it back ;) Btw, your Wizard sounds killer bro!!
@Treetopper Well, I must say that the low-end mods that Jan has done to this one makes a dramatic difference to the punch and "oomph", tighter and more focused. During the years I have been without it, I have developed a taste for the vintage Marshall/pedal-sound, so I'm considering letting this one go, have a friend that has a old Plexi that might be interesting as a down-payment ;) BTW, you should REALLY check out the new El Toro, that amp (IMO) is the perfect marriage between 3100&Modena!
@petruccirocks02 Actually man, this is the monster that started it all, taken out of production in 03/04 due to insane production costs (handmade with some serious components, just look at those output trannies hehe). Elmwood then went on to new ventures (and sounds) with their Modena line. The 3100 is more of a marshall-on-steroids kinda beast, than their new lineup. There were only about a 100 of these babies made (including combos) world-wide, so they are VERY hard to find these days.
@EvoJackson hey man, thanks! I'll make a more extensive video in the future, with micing ;) The volume on both master and channels were around 1/2 in the 25W-mode (as with gain, pretty much all controls on the amp set straight up).
@fretdance Dang! Yeah I would love to hear more videos of you tweaking this baby.
The only Elmwood I've heard was the M60, and that sounded sweet. Now if I can find a place to check one of these amps out personally, I'll probably never leave the store!

Are those 6L6s or EL34s ? Great tones my friend, kudos to you.

@dougmaia EL34's and Ecc83 (12AX7). Hence perhaps the more "marshall"-type crunch, thanks for commenting bro!

Is this a newly released model? I didn't see it on Elmwood's site at all.
