they assaulted him for "his own protection?" i like to hear the police reasoning for: a) how was he in any danger (other than from police)?; b) how did they decide that the best way to keep him safe was to slam him to the ground and hit him...instead of say....i dunno....just wheeling him away with a smile?

And an internal investigation would come to the same conclusion as in McIntyres
