Oh wow I don't think Drumstick ice cream cones are as appetizing to me as they were before i saw this video. lol I've done a time lapse of one too and mine had the glucose as well. it was DISGUISTING!

The "goo" was probably glucose, a liquidy sticky version of sugar. Thats what is used in the cream, and maybe it is used to loosen the caramel, it probably heated up really fast and slid out before everything else could melt.
