@Janpeterkoek He was quick but erratic back then. Nowadays he's just as quick but more consistent and composed. He matched Liuzzi most of the time and wasn't even in form and then came back after months to beat Ricciardo.

I did like this qualifying format, but the shootout style is pretty compelling too. Maybe in the future, a single session will set gridslots 24-11, then the top 10 should each have 1 hotlap on the track by themselves to shootout the points starting positions. Just an idea.

@TheDRDUCKY he's in world touring cars now. He finishes about 4th/5th/6th every season, so incredibly consistent, but not quite good enough, maybe he just needs the top teams, but I'd like to have seen him in HRT or Virigin Racing this year instead of the rookies

@F1guitarfanatic927 He was very consistent ... but I'm not sure if he was spectacularly quick. But hes a very dynamic person, he owns a gp2 team ORT and a restaurant and bunch of stuff going on, so I don't know if he'd be able to get f1 on his schedule :D

@TheF1Freak96 It depends on what the viewer wants .. obviously for the general audience they want an action packed session, but for a person like me I would prefer looking at each lap and analyzing it closely. But thats why the format has been changed and we have the one there is now (to please the mass audience).

@minonkracer i like the old 60 minute qualify format =). Cause sometimes their would be rain at the end of the session and then the slow cars would been infront because they always went out so early :D!
