To clear this up, not all shrooms are psycidelic. For example the first time i tripped in 09 i took hydroponics and i didnt know going to a strobelight party would be better rolling. so me and my boy took 3.5 each and my brain ripped nuts! It opened my eyes to a new world. when i woke up the next morning i just sat up and laughed at all the shit that i remembered. since nobody has answered you even after a year, i will tell you.

If its a mix of stems and caps,which it usually is, i would say three to four grams if you haven't tripped to many times.

If its just caps, stick to two and you should have an alright time. If you dont, experiment with higher doses but wait like four days or you wont catch.
