@terrenceardell : Do a search here on the Tube for Annette May Thomas and you should come up with a few tunes; also Annette and Charles May both did alot of recording with James Cleveland and the Southern California Choir as lead/vocalists. Check out the albums from the early seventies by the choir.
This is just incredible. What a great recording. Bro. Joe May is just like a locomotive with his incredible vocals. I might have scars from these goosebumps!
I remember this song and I have heard many singers sing this selection. Brother Joe May is singing from depths of his soul as if he really knows Jesus. Amen
He was closely related to me! My mother and older cousins always tells me how great of a Singer and Performer he was. I know nothing really about him besides what theyve told me. But a lot of people in the family say thats where my voice and talent comes from.
I love Brother Joe May, even though I wasn't born when he was around, I have his live CD and it's amazing. You can tell he had the right spirit, and was singing for the Lord and not for money or for praise for himself. This song is on the cd by the way.
