@ImpulsivePlay3r Sorry to butt in, but that is actually the flap load limit during landing. Every flap setting has its own individual max speed that it can handle. The lower limit is stalling, the upper limit is the max speed the flaps can take before they are damaged. Great video by the way. It felt like I was watching the condensed version of History Channel's 10 Extreme Airports :D

I'd be surprised if in recent years pilots actually crashed at Hong Kong because they had a hard time finding the runway... It would seem rather pathetic that an airline pilot armed with vors, gps, and atc along with an instrument rating and most likely a lot of experience in actual IMC conditions would crash because he somehow couldn't find the runway...

For #10, you deliberately cut it down to between 1/8 to 1/4, all of it was crucial especially PSA Flight 182 collision. Its aftermath instituted Class B airspace and I think TAC (Terminal Area Charts).
